we were teaching, tending, supporting and helping others to build ministries and churches. Then, in September of 1991, Ron received his ordination and minister license to go forth with the Gospel under apostolic cover. Ron had been active in missionary work in Cuba in 1994 whereby he encountered the Glory realm and miraculous work of the Holy Ghost working in the midst of the ministry. He was again called by the Lord to return to Cuba in 1999. Again, he experienced the miraculous and walked in profound anointing of the Holy Ghost manifesting in the places Ron would be invited to minister while being hidden from the security forces and carrying out the purposes for which the Lord had sent him. In January 2001, Ron had aligned with other apostlolic men to build churches and provide spiritual oversight in the Southeastern region of the USA. In May of 2001, we attended an international Communion of Apostolic Churches Conference in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where we were introduced and met with the presiding apostle, brother George Kouri. Ron presented the work and vision the Lord had administered to him concerning establishing training Centers in Cuba. We were strengthened in our work during the conference and began to relate with a vision to reach nations as apostolic teachers. In June of 2001, we became a ministry in fellowship with Apostolic Ministries and Churches International to advance the work of building an apostolic company. In November of 2001, the Lord through open vision instructed it was time to assemble an allotment of believers and give pastoral oversight to the fellowship. Ron served as a pastor until Spring of 2007. City of Lights is a ministry vision within Heart of God Ministries International.
