the cost [to see] whether he has sufficient means to finish it?
Teamwork demands by divine
order that we pray, plan, prepare and then pursue.
We
must
find the wisdom of God in His Word to reveal His plan for our
missions.
Acts

And now
[brethren],
I commit you to God [I deposit you in His charge, entrusting you to His
protection and care]. And I commend you to the Word of His grace
[to
the commands and counsels
and promises of His unmerited favor]. It is
able to build you up and to give you [your rightful]
inheritance among
all God's set-apart ones (those consecrated, purified, and transformed
of soul).
The Holy Spirit is drawing
together the hearts of men and the ministries to which they have
been commended around the Globe. The Lord has initiated these
ministries by visions and
commissioned to them to fulfill the scope of visions for the
Glory of God to
cover the earth.
Note that it is not just one vision that has been ordained and
released to the effectual working
of the power and administration of the Holy Ghost.
It is, however, by divine connection working
in love as ministries are submitted to one another in
fellowship, that the ultimate goal and
purpose of God is accomplished... the Glory of God to
cover the earth!
The Lord has called us to a higher level of commitment with each
other united in Him. He has
ordained that His Church
become
the manifest expression of His Glory to fill the earth.
The earth is the spirit, heart and soul of mankind!
With
pure
hearts,
we
seek
those called in unity of purpose to fulfill the Great Plan of the
King!
The One who called, also
commissions each to work in
cooperation to build the
kingdom of God
in cities, regions and nations. His
purpose is
to bring revival and restoration through His Church
to reach the lost, hurt,
broken of spirit, wayward
and
lawless, and the
diseased into His glory.
Ephesians 4:16 AMP

For
because of Him the whole body (the church, in all its various
parts), closely joined and firmly
knit together by the joints and ligaments with which it is
supplied, when each part [with power
adapted to its need] is working properly [in all its
functions], grows to full maturity, building itself
up in love.
Please
revisit
Acts 20:32 cited above:
"I commend you to
the Word of His grace
[to
the commands and counsels and promises of His
unmerited favor]."
We
observe
Paul functioning as a sensitive, caring "father" who desire
the ultimate blessings
of God upon those with whom he is addressing. In working
as a Team there is no Big "I's" and
Little "you's." Paul is speaking his concern for
those with whom God has given him to work.
Apostolic companies were sent out to all parts of the world and
not sent entirely alone.
There were appointed leaders whom lead by example and by
commendation of the Word
of His grace which directed focus of theTeam to look to the
Lordship and love of Jesus
Christ, not by the commands of do's and don'ts. In true
Holy Spirit led Teams, divine counsel
and divine favor are the order of the Lord.
Shall we examine two kinds of spiritual authority in
building relationships?
Domineering "fathers"
1. Have you searched, submitted and committed to apostolic spiritual
cover only to be wounded
and bruised by a "dominating father?"
• Those who function
as if they are the source of guidance for people's lives?
• Those who emphasis the rights of Leaders and set them
apart from the body with titles,
lofty placements and
positions.
• Those seeking to
control
people's actions through impatience, excessive rules and demands
of accountability, and work loads, to control others... to
conform to a "unity."
Sensitive, caring "father"
2. What should a spiritual relationship (father
& son)... yield?
• Emphasis on the
Word of God (Christ) and the Holy Spirit as the source of guidance.
• Emphasis on
leadership development as servanthood... the body of Christ is to serve
one
another and love one another.
• Emphasis on
equipping for the work of the ministry... working in an atmosphere of
mutual
trust, grace, love and respect to encourage growth and
accomplish objectives and missions.

Covenant
berit
OT:1285,
"covenant; league; confederacy." This word is most probably derived
from an
Akkadian root meaning "to fetter"; it has parallels in Hittite,
Egyptian, Assyrian, and Aramaic.
Berit
is used over 280 times and in all parts of the Old Testament.
The first occurrence of the word is in Gen 6:18: "But with thee
[Noah] will I establish my covenant."
The KJV translates berit
fifteen times as "league": "...now therefore make ye a league with us"
Josh 9:6. These are all cases of political agreement
within Israel 2 Sam 3:12-13,21; 5:3 or between
nations 1 Kings 15:19.
Later versions may use "covenant," "treaty," or "compact," but
not
consistently. In Judges 2:2, the
KJV has: "And ye shall make no league
with the inhabitants of this land...." The command had been
also given in Ex
23:32; 34:12-16; and Deut 7:2-6, where the KJV has "covenant."
The KJV translates berit
as
"covenant" 260 times. The word is used of "agreements between men,"
as
Abraham and Abimelech Gen 21:32: "Thus they made a covenant at
Beer-sheba...." David and
Jonathan made a "covenant" of mutual protection that would be
binding on David's
descendants
forever 1 Sam 18:3; 20:8,16-18,42. In these cases, there
was "mutual agreement confirmed by oath
in the name of the Lord."
Sometimes there were also material pledges Gen 21:28-31.
Ahab defeated the Syrians: "So he made a covenant with
[Ben-hadad], and
sent him away"
1 Kings 20:34. The king of Babylon "took of the king's
seed [Zedekiah], and made a covenant with
him, and hath taken an oath
of him..." Ezek 17:13, NIV, "treaty". In such "covenants," the terms
were imposed by the superior military power; they were not
mutual
agreements.
In Israel, the kingship was based on "covenant": "...David
made a
covenant [KJV, "league"] with
them [the elders of Israel] in Hebron
before the Lord..." 2 Sam 5:3. The "covenant" was based on
their
knowledge that God had
appointed him 2 Sam 5:2; thus they became David's subjects
(cf. 2 Kings
11:4,17).
The great majority of occurrences of berit
are of God's "covenants" with men, as in Gen 6:18
above. The verbs used
are important: "I will establish my covenant" Gen 6:18-- literally,
"cause to
stand" or"confirm." "I will make my covenant" Gen 17:2, RSV.
"He declared to you his covenant"
Deut 4:13.
"My covenant which I commanded them..." Josh 7:11. "I have
remembered
my covenant.
Wherefore... I will bring you out from under the burdens
of the Egyptians" Ex 6:5-6. God will not
reject Israel for their
disobedience so as "to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant
with
them..." Lev
26:44.
"He will not... forget the covenant... which he sware unto them"
Deut
4:31.
The most common verb is "to cut [karat] a covenant," which is
always
translated as in Gen 15:18:
"The Lord made a covenant with Abram."
This use apparently comes from the ceremony described in Gen
15:9-17
(cf. Jer 34:18), in which
God appeared as "a smoking furnace, and a
burning lamp [flaming torch] that passed between
those pieces" Gen
15:17. These verbs make it plain that God takes the sole
initiative in
covenant

COVENANT
(NOUN
AND VERB)
A. Noun.

primarily
signifies
"a
disposition of property by will or otherwise."
In its use in
the Sept., it is the rendering of a Hebrew word meaning a
"covenant" or agreement (from a verb
signifying "to cut or
divide," in allusion to a sacrificial custom in connection with
"covenant-
making," e. g., Gen 15:10, "divided" Jer 34:18-19). In
contradistinction to the English word
"covenant" (lit., "a coming
together"), which signifies a mutual undertaking between two parties
or
more, each binding himself to fulfill obligations, it does not in
itself contain the idea of joint
obligation, it mostly signifies an
obligation undertaken by a single person. For instance, in Gal 3:17
it
is used as an alternative to a "promise" vv. 16,17,18. God enjoined
upon Abraham the rite of
circumcision, but His promise to Abraham, here
called a "covenant," was not conditional upon the
observance of
circumcision, though a
penalty attached to its nonobservance.

Partnership
We hear the prophetic
call of the Father for true unity to carry forth His love in Christ to
cities of
nations. We welcome and
desire to partner with ministries of local church allotments and
individuals across
the
globe to
assist in training and equipping effective leaders
to
reach the world
for
Christ. To come together releases a power in
church unity for growing and setting a standard
of
co-operation of
outreach and prayer for
cities and nations.
Partnership is exercised by the commitment to sow resources of
time and energy into common
goals
while moving in
faith with great expectations to see the accomplishments of the plans
and
purposes of the Gospel reach the world.
God has set us all in covenant relationship with Him. His
vision
is to fittly join the body in
purposeful relationships with
others. To reach understanding in "unity
of purpose," requires
building as by the guiding Holy Spirit
. Our marvelous Lord will unveil and give us fulfillment
of His plan and
purposes for each relationship. If we are to move with Him,
we must take the first
action to come together. At the top of
priorities,
God has already given His design and purposes
through Christ's command of the
Great Commission.

Ministry
is
about
doing
the will of the Father.
It is about
God's vision for His Kingdom!
Heaven administrates and operates on earth working
through God's sons and daughters!

us the "voice of the Lord! But, we must
keep our focus in proper alignment. We are to expect the
Holy Ghost to release signs, wonders and
miracles as His demonstration of heaven impacting earth!

those who will ever come to believe in (trust in, cling to, rely on) Me
through their word and teaching,

We

unity of purpose, the guidance and communion of the Holy Spirit
and
the commitment to build
interpersonal relationships

believe a true spiritual awareness of Christ's righteous

eventually,
governments on earth.

Leaders are developed through the

The Blessing on the "work" is
Leadership!
The sign that God is raising something up
is evidence in the maturity of His Leaders!
We come together to seek the will of the Father and the Son as
we felowship via the

The Lord Jesus
is the Light to the world.
He has made us lights, that we might
exponentially shine forth His mercy and grace.
We recognize
the
Body whose
Headship is the Lord Jesus Christ.
He is building a
mighty spiritual army within the global nations, cities, and villages
to
proclaim
the glorious reality of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Fellowship is a relationship of inner unity of purpose among
leaders and believers, which
expresses itself in working in and with Christ as we acknowledge
and work with one
another to accomplish God’s Will on the local, regional, national
and global fields of souls.
God gives each of us Grace that we are victorious in His plan and
design for the Calling.
Grace results in New
Relationships and New Identity for our lives and all those we are
called
to
serve.
To build toward impacting a "City" requires "team" ministry!
God wants us to come together in unity of purpose! God wants us
to help each other take
the Cities and the Nations!
They are our
Inheritance!
When ministries are
united in function, the Body of Christ is empowered and edified!
Why did Jesus Christ give the five fold ministries of Ephesians
4:11?
Answer: He just gave us the names of the TEAM members of whom He gave to the
Church to
cooperate for His purposes and accomplish His
will.

Covenant Partners
Shall we
examine deeper
understanding
in the realm of unity of Covenant, Partnership,
and Leadership?
As
we have seen
in the study above, covenant is between two entities, it is a decision
between two... or promise that puts two into the
same
"league,"accountable to one another
to abide in unity of agreement or purpose. God cut the
ultimate
covenant
with mankind.
Christ's
blood was given for the remission of our sins ... man's lawlessness
toward God.
The Lord took care of this work at the Cross...we are made free
from the Law of Sin and
Death and made righteous before God through the blood of Christ
which gives us life in the
Law of the Spirit. (See Romans chapter 8)
God
is faithful to wash us clean by His word, to regenerate us and to renew
us by His Spirit.
(Eph. 5:26; Titus 3:5)
Covenant
means
promise:
Psalm
89:34... God sets the standard.
"My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone
out of My lips."
This verse declares that God will not break His word
with
us. He is forever faithful to save,
heal and deliver all who call upon His Name!
In the 'spirit of covenant,' there
are those who desire to
partner with each other.
One function of Heart of God Ministries International is
as
ministry vehicle through which
connection and purpose to reach
communities and raise up leaders to teach the nations about
the Kingdom
of Heaven are exercised...
In
the grace to serve, we acknowledge those who choose to
join us and work collectively in a
true Holy Ghost connection, based on proven scripturally
sound ministry and divine
structures, strategies and services. As
Covenant Partners we co-labor in that which
God
has
called us collectively to do. Covenant Partners are
those who choose
to align themselves
relationally.
We
have
shared
our
mission above and if we were only to be
involved in seeking financial
support, we would not use the word and
principles of "covenant." We would
only use the word and principles of
Partnership. Covenant Partnership goes beyond that...
It is a spiritual connection much
like
the
covenants
of the Old Testament as we examined in
our study above. To us, Covenant
Partnership best describes those special people and
ministries who align themselves with united
purposes and
visions seeking with like
precious faith... The Great
Commission... Greater Works...The Outpouring
of
God's Glory
in adminstrating the Great Harvest.
Joel 2:28-32 "And it shall come to pass
afterward, That I pour My
Spirit on all flesh...
The Holy Ghost has been in the earth since the fulfillment of Joel
2:28-32
the Day of Pentecost which initiated Messiah's Day
(Acts 2:33... effectually establishing the
New Creation by the Law of the Spirit.

high by and to the right hand of God, and having received from the
Father the promised [blessing which is the] Holy Spirit,
He has made this outpouring which
you yourselves both see and hear.
We
wholeheartedly
believe
that
the same anointing that fills our
heart, fills the hearts and minds
of those who choose to divinely
connect with us.
We believe that in unity, we can pray down the strongholds
over specific cities and aid in the
Gospel being sent and received in
those cities.
God sets His army ranks in place to effectually accomplish the
strategies
He has purposed for
each and everyone of us.
The Lord has placed
His wisdom,
grace and joy within these special ranks.
It is divine privilege to
walk
in covenant with others as we receive God-given gifts of friendship
from on
High. As parts and members of Christ's Body, each part and
member
represents His
Family in many ways...
Some parts are Traveling ministries, Missions
ministries, Church
plants, Musical ministries,
Outreach ministries, Evangelistic ministries and
many more...
all are unique to their calling.
As Covenant Partners, we each are linked
for a express purpose (special
sent ones) to
reach
out to establish God's covenant within the earth. We
desire
that each Covenant
Partner continue in the Fire for God and be an influence to
other
ministries to
join in fellowship
with us. We believe that together we can ignite the fire of
evangelism to
a
Greater realm than
any of one of us can on our own! Together we can impact cities
and nations with the Word of
God and the dynamic working presence of the Holy
Spirit through Christ's divine unity.

Father God gave the Great
Commission to the
Church through His Son.
Ministries are commissioned personally by Christ as well.
Our
commission also encompasses
upgirding ministries with Holy Spirit led "fathering."
Leaders must be empowered, equipped and able to
carry
the
uncompromised
Gospel
message of Jesus Christ to the
nations. Some need counsel and friendship.

Word of Knowledge
On
June 9, 1979, a prophetic Word delivered through Charles Capps in
Anaheim,
California
was planted in my heart and spirit. This
message has remained alive! Even though it has
been 31 years, my
expectation still remains strong to experience God's fulfillment!
Today,
we are at the threshold of manifestation and soon to
experience this
precious prophetic
declaration in our lives:
"I
said in My Word that I would make the Jews jealous. In
these days there will
come forth
manifestations of financial success in the lives
of men that set
themselves to be obedient to
My Word and give Me what I say to
give. They
will be so successful in areas until men will ask
them. "How
is it that this came to pass? How
is it so that it came to pass in a short time?
And
they will say, 'Because we were obedient to the Word.'
They
will open and show to them the Word of God.
Men
will rise and began to enter into it,
and so will they go, and
it will be so through these means of the hundredfold return
that
multitudes throughout the
nations of the world shall hear and see
and say, 'The
times are
failing and our ways in the days past have failed
and we are
not able to make it. We hear
of the things that are strange to our ears, but
tell us and teach us of these ways.'
And
it shall be so that they will send for men of God to teach
them the ways
of the Word.
And it will come throughout the earth and
shall sweep as
the revival fire in the early church.
It shall be beyond what men have
conceived
in days past.
Ministries
of finance shall spring forth and the knowledge of the
Lord shall grow
in the earth
until all that is in the earth shall be born
into the Kingdom to
put forth the message of the
Gospel. It should be
financed in these days
far beyond what has ever been done, for these
days are My days of
My Power and My Strength, and the wealth of the sinner is laid up
for the
just. So watch Me filter it into their hands,
saith the Lord."

Apostolic Ministry
As an apostolic and prophetic
ministry whose hearts are submitted to God the
Father of our
Lord Jesus Christ by the administration of the Word of God
and
Holy Spirit we purpose
the following:
To work to expand the Kingdom of God, and serve a
variety of ministries in the Body
of
Christ through the leading of the Holy
Ghost. Our quest as believers in the
teachings of
Christ and as called to 5-fold ministry, we
resolve to extend spiritual anointings, and
connections with other ministries who, too, by voluntary actions
wish to work together to
accomplish the Greater
Works of Christ's Great Commission.

15 Rather, let our lives

express truth [in all things, speaking truly, dealing truly, living
truly] Enfolded in love, let us grow up in
every way and in all things into Him Who is the
Head, [even] Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed one).
16 For because of Him the whole body

together by the joints and ligaments with which it is supplied, when

reading about the Great Awakening
journaled by Jonathan Edwards 1734-1742
(a span of 8 years), the
following 8 new
things were presented that are just as prevalent
today as
they were with the first
century church and the recordings of the spiritual
outpouring
of His day:

things"
will
seem
new to us.
2.
"Preaching"
will
seem
new to
us.
3.
The
Bible
will
seem
like a new
book to us.
4.
We
will
find
new chapters
because
they are opened in greater understanding
and
experiences.
5.
There
will
be
new Psalms
in the
same manner.
6.
There
will
be
new
histories because
they seem in a new light.
7.
Our
hearts
will
be
made new and
drawn out in love in Christ.
8.
Our
minds
will
be
wrapped up in the newness
of delightful contemplations of the
glory and grace
of our heavenly Father.
There
is resurrection power coming forth for the Church!

old
things are passed away; behold,

things are become new.
There
are 8 New Things God has given us to accomplish His will:

New
Relationships
2.
New
Identities
3.
New
Garments
of Favor
4.

Anointings
5.

Level
of Authority
6.
New
Actions…as
well as signs, wonders, miracles
7.
New
Weapons
for War
8.
New
Sound…
Victory as conquers.
