"What
is impossible with men is possible with God."
The
year 2008 is a year of New
Things in action.
"New Things"
infers change!
These "new
things" are the things made possible with God!
They are the
changes that God has made possible
in the earth and in the
church!
The number 8 represents
"new beginnings"
"new relationships"
"resurrection" ...out of death transformed into life
The Bible
reveals that we are to grow in Christ.
It provides for spiritual
wisdom, knowledge, understanding
and
experiences in righteousness.
We
are to be disciples of Christ reaching deeper into relationship with Father God
through His precious Son, the Word and
the Holy Spirit.
The Word,
Jesus Christ of whom Father God
manifest in the earth to
reveal His love for mankind is the Light to the world!
John
8:12 Amp
Once more Jesus addressed the
crowd. He said, I am the
Light of the world. He who follows Me will not be walking in the dark,
but will have the Light which is Life.
God
established a new order of worship when He sent His Son on mission to
earth to walk as a flesh man filled without measure with
the Holy
Spirit. God is Spirit and
Truth. God's plan for man is a sovereign act. He made
man to commune with God, to have an interactive relationship. Man
was made in the image of God so that the world could be blessed with
God's creative glory.
God gave mankind creative dominion and the
ability to fellowship.
He gave man a free will, intelligence and
emotional gifts.
He put within man's heart the desire to
worship.
Worship is governed by commands of Light.
Expect change in the realm of worship
in 2008!
God is bringing His people to a higher and greater realm of His glory.
In
spiritual realities, God has not changed
His plan for mankind.
Yet, to fulfill His plan has required changes along the path of time
in man's experiences.
Early
in God's preparations for redeeming mankind and reconciling
man to right standing, God changed the order of both spiritual and
civil government through the tents of David and made a third change
with
Solomon in the establishment of theTemple.
God
totally closed out the order of
worship given through Moses when Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 AD...
the closing of Temple worship
through animal blood sacrifices in the administration of the Law of Sin
and Death.
A
New worship Order is now in place..
spiritual temples of praise sacrifices through the Law of Grace by Faith in Jesus Christ and eternal Life.
Each
of these changes are comprehensive studies.
They each
point to the establishment of the temple within the spirit
and soul of mankind through Jesus Christ so that God completes His
decrees to dwell amongst His people.
God created His man creature in His
image and
established
a
relationship of dwelling with him in a perfect state of fellowship in
the Garden
of Paradise. The church figuratively represents the Garden of
Paradise on earth. God is maturing it to it's perfect state.
It is the Kingdom of God in the earth. God's will is to
dwell within
His people. He has made His plan possible by
the "new creation"
the spiritually "new born" of the Holy Spirit.
The corporate body is the church and here is God's plan...
Eph
4:13 AMP
[That it might develop] until we all
attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and
accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really
mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less
than the standard height of Christ's own perfection), the measure of
the stature of the fullness of the
Christ and the completeness found in
Him.
Changes were set in the
earth as God completed the
work of the creation of all things. The Bible documents it was a
work of seven days. On the eighth day ... all of heaven and earth worked in
perfect harmony. God released His rhythm of life in His Light
commands.
All of
creation magnifies the Living God...Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
Changes are set in place as we enter this season of God's plan...
Change came into the creation.
We all know the account of the fall of
mankind through disobedience.
An
accounting of the spiritual and physical applications can be examined

Biblical history documents the
transgressions of mankind over the
centuries. But, God through His goodness, kindness and mercy
made the way to redeem mankind! His rhythm of life is eternal!
In 2005,
The Lord released prophetic knowledge regarding His plan
for the
season of the 21st century.
His
number 5 represents His Grace; God's Favor.
He
gave an
increase of His working graces through the Holy Spirit.
Watch and pray as the work of the Holy Spirit is magnified in the
earth. The eight graces listed below will become magnified
realities in both the physical
and
spiritual realms in this season of this century!
The
church is God's spiritual
representation of Heaven in the earth.
Jesus
is the Head and the church
is His Body, His Bride.
Here
are the increases to expect in the church!
These Graces, He magnified
for the Greater Works...

New Garment of Favor.. to go
with new identity
4.
New Anointing ... increase in signs, wonders and miracles
5.
New Level of Authority... dominion & spiritual authority
given by God

New Actions ...redirection of church worship and evangelism

New Weapons for War...

New Sound... Victory!
These
years have passed...2005, 2006,
2007, 2008. We have seen great physical and spiritual changes come upon
the
earth.
Each
of these
years, God released prophetic
knowledge and wisdom regarding His plans. These
past years have been
a procession of exceptional dynamic changes
1.
in global
institutions, (governments, families and church),
2.
in global economic
systems and
3.
in global physical climatic and seismic conditions.
These
changes have touched every nation!
As God touches something or someone,
heaven and earth are shaken!
In
October 2007, God spoke to my heart that the heavens are open!
He is
pouring out His will from heaven to earth via Holy Spirit!
God
is still in the business of releasing His rhythm of life through
new
things. Physical and spiritual
movements cause change!
These
NEW THINGS all speak of God magnifying Himself in the earth!
God's
realm is the Kingdom of Heaven and He ordained to
bring unrighteousness to
subjection under Christ's feet.
The universal body of the church of
our risen King is made of the
parts of the body. Where are His feet? Who are the
feet? What is the duty of the feet? What does the scriptures say
about the feet?
Ephesians
6:15 AMP
And having shod your feet in
preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the
promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel
of peace.
1 Kings
5:3 AMP
You know how David my father could
not build a house to the Name of the Lord his God because wars were
about him on every side, until the Lord put his foes under his feet.
Isaiah
52:7 AMP
How
beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good
tidings, who publishes peace, who brings good tidings of good, who
publishes salvation, who says to Zion, Your God reigns!
God calls us sons, children, ambassadors, kings and priests and
righteous in His Son. Therefore,
unrighteousness shall be placed under subjection to the church... The
King's feet!
The institutions of God will be subject to the plan of God for His
glory! The institutions of God are those
things which God established by an oath... family, church, civil
government.
We are given the grace of free will to make a decision to be part of
what God is doing this awesome year! Those who side with the Word
and the Spirit will experience exponential favor and enriched
understanding of God's administrations of Favor in these
NEW
THINGS! They will walk in
them!

to walk requires specific actions and specific directions)
The Lord
God Almighty spoke to Joshua (Joshua 3:7) the following:
"This
day
will I begin to magnify you in the sight of all Israel, so
they may know that as I was with Moses, so will I be with you."
Hear the
Voice of the Lord... "This day, the year 2008, will I extend the
process of my magnification upon my people. I will
glorify My church
in the earth." I will be with you as I was with Moses. Through My
Son, and His Kingship the
glory of the Lord shall cover the earth."

God
said He will glorify the
church, saints!
What is
our
expectation level? What does glorification entail?
Prepare the way of the Lord! He is mighty and His ways are Light!
Do
we believe the rambling words and actions of the world as tossed
and
steeped in men's plans and visions or do we believe God?
Your
future is decided by Who you have chosen to believe. What you believe
will determine your life's directions and accomplishments.
We will
experience God restoring His standards this year.
He is moving on His church to come out of the miry pits back to the
guidelines of
His plans for the
ages!
He instructs the church to be holy for
He is Holy.
When
considering how the ways of the world have infiltrated the church, it is going to be a tremendous shaking
of men and women's lives who have received the Lord through the gift of
salvation
and have not walked by the
gifts and the fruit of the Holy
Spirit.
God will break the spirit of rebellion and hard heartedness!
We can humble ourselves to His will or experience the penalties
sin carries. We are in a season of serious times. We can
walk
with the favor of goodness and mercy following us daily or we can walk
in
the judgments already loosed in the earth for those who choose to
disobey.
There is a
dividing place in the earth... the Light, Life and Way of God
as opposed
to the miserable dictates of evil and lustful systems and mandates of
men. God instructs us to lean on Him and not upon our own
understanding. We are to present our bodies a living
sacrifice.
God
wants to change our perceptions!
God
is all about increase! He
wants to expand (enlarge) our territory
to a vision of the communities
of the globe. He wants us to focus on the way we think, talk, and
act!
We have to get our sights off the "peanut" sized field in
which we put our plow and look to the Greater Works God has put before
us!
We have entered a season in which we
will be challenged to change more than we can begin to imagine!
It takes a
willing heart to humble before the Lord and to seek His will and
purposes in this day and age! If we want to experience God's
goodness and favor, we need to take heart of how Moses beckoned the
Lord ...
Ex 33:13 AMP
Now
therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, show me now
Your way, that I may know You [progressively become more deeply and
intimately acquainted with You, perceiving and recognizing and
understanding more strongly and clearly] and that I may find favor in
Your sight. And [Lord, do] consider that this nation is Your people.
Look at
God's response as Moses humbled himself and sought closer
relationship
with God...
Ex 33:17-18 AMP
And
the Lord said to Moses, I will do this thing also that you have asked,
for you have found favor, loving-kindness, and mercy in My sight and I
know you personally and by name. [Rev 2:17.]
18 And Moses said, I beseech You, show me Your glory.
We must
build relationship with God. When we do, He overwhelms
those who love Him! God is the one who chooses, molds, and makes
appointments of divine origin. Man in God's mercy so often
diverts God's provisions to designs of perfectionism and
competitiveness.
We become creatures of habits focused on our own personal creature
comforts. We become apathetic, traditional and legalistic in our
thoughts and actions. The changes Father God initiates in a particular
season
are not changes of His will, thoughts or ways.
They
are changes He makes in the lives of wayward men.
God the Holy Spirit brings conviction of heart to sin and rebellion!
It is important to understand that Father God is in control of all
things through the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessings flow from
above! It is God who administrates His blessings within the earth
and the church!
Some
blessings shower both the just and the unjust.
However, God promises
supernatural blessings to His sons (non-gender). His
blessings are given to the righteous in Him
through Christ. The blessings are above what we may think or ask
in everything pertaining to our lives. We are supernaturally blessed to
be on earth at this time in God's eternal plan! We are in the
season of what other saints of past
generations and centuries
longed to see and experience! God's people need to wake up to the
favor of God that is upon them! Otherwise, they are going to miss
their day of awesome
visitation and opportunity. God is looking for those who will serve...
God's will is to bring all mankind to respond to His call through Jesus
into relationship with Him! Father God has given of
Himself through
His Son and by His Holy Spirit to bless, increase and multiply
us!
He is the rewarder of those who diligently
seek Him!
Our destiny on earth is to walk in the
mandate of the King of all things!
There is
joy unspeakable as we journey with God the Holy Spirit
allowing
Him to administrate and fulfill God's plan through our spirit,
soul and
body!
It is estimated, an increase of
1,000,000 souls every four days
enters the earth realm. God's
plan is for those souls to be
re-born of the Spirit before they are
transformed through death from their physical bodies to their eternal
spiritual bodies.
The Greater Works mandated by Christ provides a perpetual memorial to
what God is doing now and
shall be doing in the future.
It
is all about Harvest and Discipleship!
Col
1:22-23 AMP
22 Yet now has
[Christ, the Messiah] reconciled [you to God] in the body of His flesh
through death, in order to present you holy and faultless and
irreproachable in His [the Father's] presence.
23[And this He
will do] provided that you continue to stay with and in the faith [in
Christ], well-grounded and settled and steadfast, not shifting or
moving away from the hope [which rests on and is inspired by] the glad
tidings (the Gospel), which you heard and which has been preached
[as being designed for and offered without restrictions] to every
person under heaven...
God is doing NEW
THINGS!
These are Days of New Beginnings!
City of Lights is a
spiritual vision and
release of God for the purposes of PROPHETIC-EVANGELISM.
The TEAM family is
a Holy Ghost led, apostolic company, that moves in charismania, and enters into
intercession for humanity, militant spiritual warfare, scriptural
holiness, the preaching of the
Cross, and
seeks to live in obedience to the prophetic word and calling.
This is a hungry
apostolic company of mighty men and women,
who have
been consolidated and possess a
Gideon's army type and a David's army type of camaraderie and vision.
God has designated City of Lights as a 'City of
Refuge' and
set vision to raise up Bride-apostolic companies (TEAMs) to do
the spiritual warfare-evangelism necessary to make
refuge cities, 'cities set on a hill'; legitimate kingdom
of God strongholds or fortresses.
(note: a Bride apostolic company is one who is intimately one with
Christ;
one who is dead to self and risen in Him... one in co-union with Him.
Christ is the
Husband...He gave His earthen life for His Bride.)
TEAMs of
apostles, prophets and evangelists went out of
Jerusalem, Antioch,
Ephesus and other churches of localities as apostolic Bride companies.
Many are destined
to flock to the City of Lights, (some not knowing why),
to be on the cutting
edge of this Apostolic-Prophetic movement,
and their lives
radically re-aligned. They will be led by the Holy Spirit
and hungry for New Things God
is doing.
Infrastructure to
support world-wide revival is being birthed by Holy Ghost!
Forces are being
armed with new weapons of warfare, fresh understanding of scriptural
truths, divine
strategy and vision.
Forerunning
Bride-apostolic company ministries are helping to create dialogue
between brides-maid churches, urging them to
quickly get the oil of the Holy Ghost, (revelation), in their lamps.
Undoubtedly, some of the
brides-maid churches (those waiting for a groom) will make the
necessary tough decisions to join the company of the Bride (those
filled with the Holy Ghost united as one with the Groom) as they will not be
satisfied with an "end of the age" tossed bouquet whereby the church
leaves the earth for a future work. Bride apostolic companies are
sure of their union and of their purpose. Their oil lamps are
always lighted and they keep their lamps full of oil. Their
husband provides the Light of Truth, Life and Spirit that they may have
a continual and abundant supply
of oil.
We know from
scripture that at least 1/2 of the brides-maid churches will get the
necessary oil for the journey into
kingdom realities with the groom. (see Matthew 25:1-10, it is
very important
that you receive these insights.)
They will awaken you to the reality that the Kingdom of Heaven is
active
NOW in the earth and that supposition to leave the earth to attend a
three year wedding feast is not in context with God's plan for Christ's
glorious
Bride.
Consummation of the marriage has been made. The Body is the bride and
the church is the mother who travails for all living spiritual new born
babies
of the Holy Spirit. Figuratively, the church is
Eve. Jesus
was
conceived in the earth by the Spirit. All new born of the
spiritual woman, the Bride of Christ, are conceived
by the Spirit of God through the 'seed' of Jesus Christ. Those
walking in the prophetic, know that even this day, brides-maid churches
have persecuted and rejected the words of 21st century apostles and
prophets, far more than the
world has persecuted them.
"New
Beginnings?"
Hold on to your
hats! Persecution has and will be a characteristic of a
Bride-apostolic company in the same manner
that it now is a prominent characteristic of the Apostolic and
Prophetic offices.
Out of the cauldron
of persecution and rejection, the Bride-apostolic company manifestation
has emerged. These companies will
not accept 'NO' as an answer. They are dead in Christ and don't give
ear to other's
religious
traditions and human systems of spiritual etiquette and formality.
They will find
scriptural truth and will run with it!

An
Apostolic Message
The scriptures warn
us, those that seek to live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer
persecution.
Those that
shrink back
1. from revival mandates,
2. from the river of revelation and deliverance,
3. from the
recognition of anointed servant-leadership,
will be sadly left behind as
spectators, and even victims, in
the emerging global conflict for the soul of humanity.
In response to this truth, we might as well
become resigned to a 'fight or die' approach to matters of Kingdom of
God significance.
But, I have Good News for you! God is on our side!
He has given us 8 New Things in this season of New Beginnings
to experience for accomplishing His Kingdom mandates!
He promises GREATER WORKS! He promises Victory!
Holy Ghost is here for those who will recognize Him and give Him
honor by building relationship with Him!
Jesus walked in
prophetic evangelism in a number of different ways:
1. The integration
of the revelation gifts into the course of ministry
to the
public.
2. The integration
of signs and wonders into public discourse and
dialogue.
3. Preaching in a
way which was 'carried along' by the Holy Ghost.
(We who have been labeled
'charismatic' have disdained the evangelical definition of prophesy as 'anointed
preaching', but we are going to see a revived prophetic preaching, similar to that
in which George Whitefield
walked, who spoke of "Christ the Believers Husband."
(It is
said that thousands
of coal miners would be spell-bound during his open air sermons!)
We will see the
restoration of prophetic judgment on the earth.
Just ask Annanias and Saphira what is meant by
prophetic judgment! (Judges are prophetic seers that render a verdict
in situations
that have provoked a Holy God by doing damage to Kingdom purposes.)
God is not limiting
his manifestations to that which has traditionally been termed
'revival'. We will see an
unusual birthing of prophetic 'message music' that will be a form
of
preaching, dance, mime and on
the spot, Holy Ghost inspired 'demonstration' that will shock many because of its
originality. God is not bound by tradition! He is all
about CHANGE!
He is Lord of
the song! He is Lord of the dance!
Search
out
the events of David as the Spirit of the Lord came upon him to worship
and honor God through the dance and songs. You will find
prophetic judgment
carried out in Michele's life. She could never give life nor
experience joy.
God is serious about
His chosen.
He is raising up a
multitude of Prophetic-Evangelistic companies.
His Word to the
Church Body is... get involved!
Step out of the old and into the new!
God is calling His
prophetic-evangelists to write about the
things of the Spirit. He is calling his prophetic musicians to write
original songs that
trumpet His message: songs of a 'calling
out from Babylon', songs of deliverance, songs of warning, songs of
judgment, songs of hope, songs of unity of true disciples, songs of
perfection and holiness.
He is calling upon apostles to write of the doctrine of perfection in
Christ that will take its rightful place in the order of truths. Yes,
many will misunderstand and try to undercut the perfection
doctrine through spiritual sounding platitudes.
Frankly, God's
pure Word is greater than men's designs
and traditions of false teaching.
In platitudes, Charles
Darwin (1809-1882) bannered
the doctrine of evolution of living
things for the physical world through his writing
"Orgin of the Species"and the world is still feeding upon the
falsehoods.
Likewise, John Darby (1800-1882) bannered the
doctrine of "the
rapture" of the church. The foundation of the Darbyite
message is that when evil is seen in society, Christians are to
rejoice because that is a sign of the imminent return of Christ."
The "very foundation" of the Darbyite philosophy is a belief that all
manifestations of the decay or degeneration of civilization are but
further signs of the imminent return of Christ to 'rapture' His saints.
This doctrine has captured and influences the lives and belief systems
of most born-again Christians.
These
platitudes are false doctrines!
Magic wands of
religious platitude constantly seek to nullify or negate any or all of
ones' Holy Ghost inspired, true to the fullness of scripture,
convictions. They spread fear and work to destroy the
working power of extending the Kingdom. They are entrenched into
the
hearts and minds of people and reduce them to powerless robots
busy in works of
ritualistic activities and reduced to vessels of apathy and passivity.
God's Kingdom is not made with human plans and programs. When God
is out in
the open, He pushes away the darkness of such limited, finite world,
and
invades it with dynamic and marvelous Light of Life!
God said for us to
be holy and perfected in Him. Yes, perfection its maturity, but its
more than
maturity.
There is a state of
'getting caught up' in the things of the Holy Ghost that will make us
so heavenly minded that we will
become the very earthly good that religion and the world mocks yet for
which it
longingly groans.
Holy Ghost is
bringing His Truth into the corporate level. He has been released
to
Change hearts and minds of those who dominate religious
doctrines and practices. The Bride shall be glorified!
But first there will
be fore-running individuals.
These pioneering
Apostles, Prophets and Intercessors are on the landscape
as we speak. The zeal for God's
house is consuming these fore-runners. Welcome to City of
Lights!
We are expecting
GREAT THINGS of God through His Body!
These "New
prophetic-evangelists"
1. will be the invitation delivering messengers.
2. will call
people to the marriage supper of the Lamb ...
to come into intimate relation, one in Him
supping in Spirit and Truth.
3. will go into the highways and the byways,
4. will refuse
to become mere 'entertainment'...rather, mission minded.
5. will bring their unique God given "rhythm" and message,
the flute of deliverance, to those who have been downtrodden by
everything that besets the purposes and works
of the Lord.
Hearts with
understanding, who see by the spirit the challenges of
the Bride-apostolic company ministries will begin to sponsor these
prophetic troupes of prophetic-evangelists with money and human
resources.

1. They will
be individuals and ministries who are both part
of the Bride and emissaries or friends
of the Bride.
2. They are those who are in love with the Husband of the
Body.
3. They have great compassion for the spiritual mother
expecting
the miracle spiritual birth of the whole
earth!
4. They are
"doormen" at the house of God... watchman and keepers
5. They will 'demonstrate' in the public the signs integrating
righteous arts,
music and anointed preaching, the
miracles of
healing, and the
wonders of casting out demons and the
captives to addictions free.
6. They will have a script, but will not be
bound by the script,
but by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
7. They will make presentations of
unique creation,
inspired by the very ones who will
perform the acts of demonstration.
We have read the Acts of the Apostles, but we will now see the Acts of
the Prophetic-evangelists, the wedding
invitation deliverers.
praise the Lord, the wedding ceremony is consummated in the private
chambers of ones heart! The Holy Spirit seals the individual's
spirit with the Lord Jesus Christ... the Word made flesh. He
dwells within the heart
and reads the heart and mind of every of His new creation!
Righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost are the marks of the
seal upon the newlyweds.

The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, the true Christians) say,
Come! And let him who is listening say, Come! And let everyone come who
is thirsty [who is painfully conscious of his need of those things by
which the soul is refreshed, supported, and strengthened]; and whoever
[earnestly] desires to do it, let him come, take, appropriate, and
drink the water of Life without cost.
The
water of Life is the Spirit .
Be
filled daily and drink frequently of the life of the Spirit.
Be filled to overflowing with wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
Be filled with the Word of the Lord.
Be filled with the glory of the Lord!
Let your mouth be filled with laughter and your tongue be filled with
singing then will you say the Lord has done great and mighty things for
us!
Let the eye be filled with seeing and the ear be filled with hearing.
Be filled with wonderment and amazement of His presence and acts!
Be filled with joy
and the Holy Ghost!
Prophetic words will
flow at unexpected times, words of wisdom,
words of knowledge, the foretelling of
events, warnings of the need to repent or die.
Great boldness will be exercised to
directly challenge the status quo
of a world view steeped in legalistic religion, humanism, the occult,
cults, and satanic covens.
This manifestation is not something for the future. This is a NOW WORD!
Now is the time to
connect with a Bride apostolic company.
Now is the time to assemble the intercessors.
Now is the time to
allow Holy Ghost imagination to run
free,
to create a river of revelation within.
Now is the time to
start writing your inspired ideas to reach the lost both
in your personal environments and on the internet.
Don't
hold back any longer if you have
heard
this call, and if this word confirms that which God has already placed
within you!
Step
into
the "New Thing" God has
released through this ministry!
Continue

the [latter] one be sure that
whoever turns a sinner from his evil course will save [that one's] soul
from death and will cover a multitude of sins [procure the pardon of
the many sins committed by the convert].

For although I am free in every way
from anyone's control,
I have
made myself a bond servant to everyone,
so that I
might gain the more [for Christ].
If you
believe God is doing special things through this ministry
for you
and for others, we ask you to sow a Power Seed as an
act of
faith.
Let the Word of God empower you in your sowing. Ask God to
enthrone Himself in the midst of the situation, the desire,
the condition, the need. Release Him with the praise of your mouth
as you speak His promise regarding your miracle and future harvest
of the nations!
Finally, climb the highest mountains and go tell the people about
what you have found at the City
of Lights...
