The Church of Jesus Christ is an apostolic extension
of the Kingdom of Heaven.

What does apostolic mean?
The Church is the special Instrument of the Kingdom of God
sent to reach the world of unbelievers for Christ and to disciple
believers for the works of the ministry of Christ.
"Kingdom of  Heaven" describes where it is from.
"Kingdom of God" describes Who rules it.
The word "Kingdom" is found 160 times in the New Testament.
The word "Church" is found 115 times in the New Testament.
They are related, but they are not the same.
The Kingdom of Heaven in the earth does not exist without the instrumentality
of the Church.
The Church has no divine direction without the purpose of the
Kingdom of Heaven.  When God sends (apostolic), He appoints and commissions,
and makes the provisions that His purposes, will and acts be revealed
by demonstration of faith, teaching and practices.

Within the divine purposes of the apostolic-prophetic church are the administrations of the Holy Spirit.
These Administrations are the Divine five-fold Restoration Plan of and by the Holy Spirit:

[Note: Restoration is required when there is a situation needing change to bring them into
agreement to God's Plan, Will and Ways.

The Holy Spirit is in the earth carrying out the administrations of the King!

•The administration of the Body.

[the Law of the Spirit... empowering both the 9 Fruit and the 9 Gifts]
.
•The administration of Salvation of the Lost.
[grace of the 5 equipping gifts of Christ to the Body]
•The administration of Human Destiny.

[the functioning of each individual's mission call]
•The administration of Political Government and Authority.

[the rule of mankind by men on the earth.]
•The administration of the Wealth of the Nations.

["creation" is the Source of All Economy].

First, it is most important to recognize and honor the three Persons of the Divine Godhead:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Father and the Son, Jesus Christ are in heaven ruling and reigning.

1. all things in heaven,
2. all things in the heavens (universe) and
3. all things in the earth... by the WORD of Truth and the Person Holy Spirit!

The Father is God, the Son is God and the Holy Spirit is GThe Father is God, the Son is God and the Holy Spirit is God;
but the Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Father nor the Holy Spirit,
and the Holy Spirit is not the Father nor the Son.
God is One life essence or substance existing consciously as three Persons.
The three Persons are not related to the divine substance, as three individuals
to a common species of a living thing.
For example, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are of human nature but do not

comprise as one man.

[NOTE: reference http://www.thepropheticvoice.com/trinity.html
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit comprise as One God, not a triad, but a Trinity.
In the inmost depth of their being they are inherently and
inescapably one in Plan, Will and Purpose.
The three Persons of God bear witness of Light, Truth, and Manifestation.
These Ministries are different.
They minister in three different realms in God's Master Plan of Redemption.
They are equal in their Holy Divine Nature, but  there is distinction.
We can easily see the relationships among them is so real and personal!
Therefore, it is impossible to conclude that they are only personalities of one person].

In order that we walk in the power of the Gospel of the Kingdom of Christ,

we must seek the Holy Spirit and build relationship with Him...

We do not have to look far, He abides in the (Born-Again): Spirit Born Believer!

There is a doctrine that  Jesus is a Oneness God.
Oneness writers choose to designate the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as distinct personalities
of a One-person God.

Let us search the Scriptures line by line and precept by precept to attain a full understanding that God is one in three Persons and not just three personalities in one Person.  Each Person of God are co-equal and co-eternal.
Jesus would not have given us the insights ( Luke 11:11-13) to the Father
if He were the Father and the
Holy Spirit all wrapped up into one.  He is the Messiah, the Christ... the Son of God. His work of the Cross redeemed us, but, the Bible is very clear that the Father was in Him reconciling ...
The Father was in Him represented by the Holy Spirit.  In that the Holy Spirit is co-equal and coeternal, His attributes are the same as the Father.
2 Cor 5:19, 21  AMP
19 It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor).
21 For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].

The relationship among the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit  is so real,
so personal, so distinct that it is impossible to conclude that they are only personalities of one person.

Jesus did the works of the Father.
He was filled without measure by the Holy Spirit to do these works.
He did not replace the Father nor the Holy Spirit.

John 5:17-22  AMP
17 But Jesus answered them, My Father has worked [even] until now, [He has never ceased working; He is still working] and I, too, must be at [divine] work.
18 This made the Jews more determined than ever to kill Him [to do away with Him]; because He not only was breaking (weakening, violating) the Sabbath, but He actually was speaking of God as being [in a special sense] His own Father, making Himself equal [putting Himself on a level] with God.
19 So Jesus answered them by saying, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, for whatever the Father does is what the Son does in the same way [in His turn].
20 The Father dearly loves the Son and discloses to (shows) Him everything that He Himself does. And He will disclose to Him (let Him see) greater things yet than these, so that you may marvel and be full of wonder and astonishment.
21 Just as the Father raises up the dead and gives them life [makes them live on], even so the Son also gives life to whomever He wills and is pleased to give it.
22 Even the Father judges no one, for He has given all judgment (the last judgment and the whole business of judging) entirely into the hands of the Son,

Now, let us see how Jesus addresses His finished His work as a God in flesh and blood on the earth and how that same work is released to the Holy Spirit for our spiritual development.

John 16:7-15: “Nevertheless I tell you the truth.  It is to your advantage
that I go away;
for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you;
but if I depart,
I will send Him to you.

Lord Jesus says the Holy Ghost is in us!
HE IS SENT BY THE LORD!

Look at what happens!!

When HE has come, HE will convict the world of SIN,
and of RIGHTEOUSNESS, and of JUDGEMENT:

of Sin, because they do not believe in Me;
of Righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more;
of Judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
(ref. Jn 16:8-11)

when He, the SPIRIT of TRUTH has come, HE will guide you into all truth;
for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears
He will speak;
and He will tell you things to come.  He will glorify Me,
for He will take of what
is Mine and declare it to you.
All things that the Father has are Mine.

Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare [transmit] it to you.

It is very evident that by the Anointing of the Holy Ghost, the Father sent His Spirit to be in Jesus.  Jesus is the messenger and the Person of God through which the Promise of the Spirit is sent to abide within us!
(see John 1:32; 16:7-15; Acts 3:33)
Also, Jesus was resurrected by the Holy Spirit.  He did not resurrect Himself.  The Lord was transformed from physical death to Life eternal.
In like manner, we are transformed from spiritual death to Life eternal by the Holy Spirit.  Our transformation occurs while we are still on the earth
by the plan of God.  It is accomplished by faith in the work of Jesus through the Cross!  Jesus died for the sin of all mankind and was resurrected to eternal life.  We die to sin through faith in God's gift of grace
and are born into right standing with God that we may have an eternal relationship with the Blessed Trinity on earth and in heaven.
Note that we must be filled with the Holy Spirit and controlled by Him.
Stephen gives us a view of this glorious promise as he was being stoned to death...
Acts 7:54-60   AMP
Now upon hearing these things, they [the Jews] were cut to the heart and infuriated, and they ground their teeth against [Stephen].
55 But he, full of the Holy Spirit and controlled by Him, gazed into heaven and saw the glory (the splendor and majesty) of God, and Jesus standing at God's right hand;
56 And he said, Look! I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing at God's right hand!
57 But they raised a great shout and put their hands over their ears and rushed together upon him.
58 Then they dragged him out of the city and began to stone him, and the witnesses placed their garments at the feet of a young man named Saul.
59 And while they were stoning Stephen, he prayed, Lord Jesus, receive and accept and welcome my spirit!
60 And falling on his knees, he cried out loudly, Lord, fix not this sin upon them [lay it not to their charge]! And when he had said this, he fell asleep[in death].

These are all acts of supernatural spiritual realities of God fulfilling divine acts embodied in the promise of sending of the Holy Spirit demonstrating  what God has prepared  for our spiritual transformation out of darkness into His marvelous Light!   The gift of salvation is fully supplied  greater than we can possibly imagine.  faith in Christ is our entry point into that
which God has prepared for those who love, seek and obey him!
Eph 3:20  AMP
20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]--

Why do we need to understand these spiritual realities?
It is the Lord's desire to empower every believer for Kingdom ministry that we move in the supernatural things of the Spirit.  The gifts of the Spirit belong to and are administrated by the Holy Ghost.
They are given to those who hunger and thirst for relationship with Him.
As we do, He reveals His presence to display the things of the Father's Will. The works of the Lord Jesus Christ made possible the sending of the Holy Spirit to impart everything of the Father through the Son.  The Holy Spirit takes the things of the Son and declares, discloses and transmits them
in us and through us for the edification and maturing of the Church.

God is moving in such a wonderful manner in His people's lives!
As we put Him and His commissioned ministries first in our lives
out of joy for Who He is...
He pours out blessings that are hard for us to contain!
These blessings flow out of faithfulness to His Will and out of His Love!

In the message of the Prophetic Voice Newsletter 2008-6 titled:
The Kingdom of Heaven is Here...that we might KNOW....
The dire need to seek the Holy Spirit
is re-presented and then
three powerful questions asked.
They each relate to Knowing the prophetic things of God for our lives.
The Father's Will is that His Son, Christ, is completely and permanently formed (molded) in each believer.  When He has molded us, He can build us and change us into His purposes for us.
Change is the hardest challenge we face in life for it requires us to take steps into the unknown.
Change is the greatest purpose that God has for us:                                            Ephesians 4:13  KJV
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

The Bible proclaims that the Just shall live by faith.
What exactly does this mean?
We walk in a realm where we do not see by the natural,
but we call those things that are not as though they are.
It is the Holy Spirit Who administrates the Spiritual Treasures of God
for each and every Born-again believer.
Spiritual Gifts are Treasures!

Spiritual Gifts are given as major part of the plan of God
to bestow His Love upon us that we may exercise that Love to others!

We are not required to work for God's Treasures...
Treasures are those spiritual things given to us in our salvation.

We are to seek relationship with our heart focused on the Giver
and not on the gifts.  Why?

It is God's will that we purpose our hearts on Him and express our love
for Who is and not on what He can do for us.  He wants our acts to be those which characterize Him since we are born anew into his Light!

It is the intent of our heart that motivates God.
He seeks for pure hearts and minds.

Gal 3:11-14  AMP
11 Now it is evident that no person is justified (declared righteous and brought into right standing with God) through the Law, for the Scripture says, The man in right standing with God [the just, the righteous] shall live by and out of faith and he who through and by faith is declared righteous and in right standing with God shall live. [Hab 2:4.]
12 But the Law does not rest on faith [does not require faith, has nothing to do with faith], for it itself says, He who does them [the things prescribed by the Law] shall live by them [not by faith]. [Lev 18:5.]
13 Christ purchased our freedom [redeeming us] from the curse (doom) of the Law [and its condemnation] by [Himself] becoming a curse for us, for it is written [in the Scriptures], Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree (is crucified); [Deut 21:23.]
14 To the end that through [their receiving] Christ Jesus, the blessing [promised] to Abraham might come upon the Gentiles, so that we through faith might [all] receive [the realization of] the promise of the [Holy] Spirit.

It is in the realm of the Holy Spirit that Life
in the Kingdom of Heaven is reality!

Rom 14:17-18  NKJV
7 For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.18 For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men.

The Lord wants to take you to another level in relationship to His blessings He has provided for you.  Lack of faith (unfaithfulness) to the "fore telling" (prophetic) visions placed in your heart will cause the Lord to withdraw
(abort) the manifest blessings He has ordained for your life.
The Lord Himself makes solemn decrees that His sensed presence is,
in part, dependant on our singleness of heart.
Lev 20:7
7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy:
for I am the LORD your God.

To sanctify means to consecrate or seperate ourselves to the Lord.
This decree does not only refer to our spiritual lives, but also to our daily lives in following His leading.
How can He direct our paths if we remain resistant to the counsel of the Word of God and His prophets?

In the Prophetic Voice Newsletter 2008-6, you will read that "The roots of Christian inactivity runs deep.   People are not motivated."
The cares of this world
have us preoccupied.  All of us deal with these elements. They cause us to miss God and subsequently, we miss the time of His visitation in our lives."

Let us be strongly encouraged to begin making preparations to receive
the blessings of increase God has ordained for us!

Making changes requires that we set aside the complacency of routine
and status quo actions.  It requires that we continue to speak the vision
of the changes in our prayers as we plan and prepare to pursue
the prophetic vision.  All four of these (pray, plan, prepare, pursue)
are intricate parts of walking in the destinies for our lives.

We must learn to spiritually understand the ways of God.
It is our worship to Him when we honor Him and obey His leading.
He relates to us in spirit and in truth.   Therefore we must relate to Him
in spirit and truth.  The gifts of the Holy Spirit equip us to relate to God and to others in His provisions of supreme Love!

There is a dynamic future waiting on our obedience to seek more of the Holy Ghost!  He does not promise that the transitions will be easy nor does He promise that they will not cost us to give up the things of our will.

The gifts are free yet there is a maturity that is required to walk in them.
First we must desire all that God has given to the church to manifest in our lives. There is a wide span between coveting the gifts and maturing in the gifts.  To exercise in them requires a childlike heart of desire and expectation.  They are given and administrated by the Holy Spirit.
His presence is required in the manifestation of the gifts for they are God's alone.   Education and discipleship on our part is helpful for spiritual understanding, but faith in our heart that Jesus is the Christ and  the
giver releases the Holy Spirit to transmit the spiritual graces into
action!    When we move in faith, relying and trusting in our Lord,  His promises are demonstrated. The Holy Spirit will overpower you and
you will be amazed at the desires placed within you!

The only way you will know the accuracy of a "word of knowledge" released to you is when you begin to take the steps of preparation.
The entire Bible is God's prophetic word to his people.
It is the "Word of Wisdom" and the "Word of Knowledge."

To humble yourself to the path God has shown you will require a rearrangement of your daily stewardship of how you spend your time, energies and money.

What will you do?
What EXPECTATIONS are you willing to place into your mind and Spirit?
Prov 23:7
7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

You can become restored, renewed, and refreshed in the provisions
of the abundant life Christ has made available to you.
1 Tim 1:14
14 And the grace (unmerited favor and blessing) of our Lord [actually] flowed out superabundantly and beyond measure for me, accompanied by faith and love that are [to be realized] in Christ Jesus.
Eph 3:20
20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]--

It is time for all God's people to reach for more of Him through communion with Him...co-union.  You will KNOW that you KNOW His Will as you
take steps and test your heart's desires.

Motivation and enthusiasm are the results of the activator key of Faith.
We are given the key of Faith and are to use it to unlock the things God has in store for us.
Hebrews 11:6  KJV
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God
must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

One final encouragement...
Jesus sets the example for which is spoken in this study.
As Jesus revealed the Father, as He talked about Him and His Kingly rule
and demonstrated His purposes, what is unquestionaly revealed is a relationship of intimacy, not formality.

You must talk daily to God, to yourself and those who can help make
your dreams come forth.
Repeatedly, Jesus justifies His actions with words to this effect:
John 5:19  AMP
I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, for whatever the Father does is what the Son does in the same way [in His turn].

The Comforter has come to you and He has made the Father's
Will KNOWN to you. It is time to be about His business for your life.
You have the power to justify your actions with words to the effect
that will bring your faith into a greater measure which will
result in your blessings of great increase in all areas of your life.

Now for our deeper study in the spiritual gifts ...

One of the most dynamic works surveying the historical events and
the revealing and disclosing nature of the Holy Ghost is a book
titled: Catch the Fire written by Guy Chevreau, HarperCollins Publishers.

It will challenge you...but, know this one thing... Guy Chevreau writes
through extensive research, and spiritual truth.  He documents every topic that is surveyed about spiritual experience in the Holy Ghost.
He also writes from his own experiences as well as  witnessing the realm of the supernatural in it's diverse manifestations in myraids of others....
I, too, witness to the awesomeness of our Living magnificent God!
That which Guy Chevreau shares is real!  His documentations are
accurate and it requires expectation and faith to enter into Heavens realm!
Many are not able to believe the supernatural because of prior exposure
to doctrines that teach contrary to the spiritual realms of the Holy Spirit.

The places God has set in order for the church to travel are not the things of the designs of men.  They are the things of God and He declares emphatically that His ways are not men's ways and His thoughts are not at the level of men's finite minds.  He is greater than anything we can begin to imagine and experiences in Him are expressed in words such as miracles, signs and wonders.

It is an awesome experience to receive a touch of the Holy One!

Just think about the event when a woman with an issue of bleeding
for twelve years touched the hem of the Lord's garment... (Matt. 9:20-22)
It is a realm we have not as yet known, but one into which we are entering.!

It is God's sovereign choosing that He gives the Holy Spirit
to those who ask him and keep on asking Him.
When we seek the communion of Holy Ghost in our daily lives it opens our hearts that He may empower us for Kingdom ministry to move in the supernatural things of the Spirit!

Please take the opportunity to listen to the this wonderful apostolic message of the Truth Giving Holy Spirit as He demonstrates the working
of His presence:

Walking in the Spirit

To experience the manifested presence of God there is a component of faith that has a part to play.  In all things of the Spirit, it takes a step...
an action of faith.  It is not by works of which is spoken.  We must position ourselves to receive of God.
Desire and expectation are two dynamics that God rewards.
We must be willing to be drawn out into His glory.
The Lord wants to impart great blessings upon His people.
These blessings are 3-fold...
physical, emotional and spiritual.

God is preparing his people for these blessings.  These blessings will literally overtake us!  We do not have control of the things of the Spirit.
By faith, we can exercise in them, but it is God Who manifests His will and His ways.
In this season of 2008, God is preparing His people to carry the anointings of His manifested presence.

He is first calling us to separate from the ways of the world to live in the
Light of Truth, Life and Spirit.  This call is one to seek Him with renewed
hearts and minds.

For those who will press into this present move of the Holy Spirit,
Father God is empowering lives with refreshing, restoration and healing.
This new move of the Spirit also is bringing a radical deepening of faith,
hope, recommissioning for ministry and power released for new aspects
of ministry!   The bonds are being broken... new doors are being opened!

The "ROCK" of cold and hard resistance of pride and arrogance is being transformed into the Rock of Psalm 40. The Rock of Death is being
transformed into the prophetic vision Jesus spoke regarding Peter's revelation of the Christ, the Rock.  And in that revelation, Jesus proclaims the vision of God that the gates of hell would not prevail against the Kingdom of God.

It is imperative that we recognize how much our Heavenly Father desires to confer the spiritual gifts of wisdom and vision, with the knowledge of Him that they bring.
He offers vast resources of His power which open to those who have faith.

Of special consideration is one's personal experiences and expectations
of Gods manifest presence.  With expectancy we are allowed and enabled to "see, hear or feel"His presence in us, around us and upon us
Ps 139:7  AMP
Where could I go from Your Spirit?
Or where could I flee from Your presence?

God is omnipresent every moment, at all times, in every place, but yet,
we Now can experience Him as a person working in our lives just as Jesus was aware of the Father's will by the anointing presence of the Holy Spirit.

All things are possible with God.
He can localize and actualize Himself in any manner of His will.

Manifestation or revealing of the Holy Spirit's work are personal and subjective... to see, hear, to feel.
The wonderful ways of the Holy Spirit is to encounter us with revelation and touch.  He is the Helper and the Comforter.
The physical responses to a touch of the Lord are usually very dramatic.
The human body is effected with His affective presence!
Here are various manifestations recorded in the Bible and experienced experientially...
►  Have seen the Lord or seen His Glory
►  Dreams
Open Visions
Audible Words
Words Spoken within the heart, but words nonetheless
Words that leave no doubt as to Who spoke them
The Lord's Physical Touch
The Lord's Healing Hand
The Hand of Blessing
Smelling the Presence of God

Futher study forth coming...
1.  The manifestation gifts
2.  The equipping gifts
3.  The body ministry gifts

Growth in the Spirit is the divine process of the Body maturing into
the image of Christ.  Growth is achieved by gaining knowledge and understanding through the Word of God and the experiences of our
Spirit guided life.
Growth is dependent
on the watering of the Word of God
by the anointing presence of the Holy Spirit!
Ephesians 5:26-27 AMP
So that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing
of water with the Word,
27 That He might present the church to Himself in glorious splendor,
without spot or wrinkle or any such things [that she might be holy
and faultless].   The Holy Spirit is God, He is the Spirit of Truth!
It is His mission to administer and mold us into the image Christ.

We recognize that the gifts and callings of Christ enable the Church
to grow.  They are commended by Christ and given to the church
as empowered by the Holy Spirit.
We recognize that the spiritual gifts when appointed, enables one
to perform in the supernatural dimension of the Holy Ghost above the abilities of man.
(One who functions in gifts through secondary ("natural") talents and abilities is demonstrating through the grace endowments of God
and not through the supernatural.)
1 Corinthians 12:1-12 AMP
12:1 NOW ABOUT the spiritual gifts (the special endowments of supernatural energy), brethren, I do not want you to be misinformed.
2 You know that when you were heathen, you were led off after idols
that could not speak [habitually] as impulse directed and whenever
the occasion might arise.
3 Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking under the power and influence of the [Holy] Spirit of God can [ever] say, Jesus be cursed!  And no one can [really] say, Jesus is [my] Lord, except by and under the power and influence of the Holy Spirit.
4 Now there are distinctive varieties and distributions of endowments
(gifts, extraordinary powers distinguishing certain Christians, due to
the power of divine grace operating in their souls by the Holy Spirit)
and they vary, but the [Holy] Spirit remains the same.
5 And there are distinctive varieties of service and ministration,
but it is the same Lord [Who is served].
6 And there are distinctive varieties of operation
[of working to accomplish things], but it is the same God Who inspires
and energizes them all in all.
7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the [Holy] Spirit
[the evidence, the spiritual illumination of the Spirit] for good and profit.
8 To one is given in and through the [Holy] Spirit [the power to speak]
a message of wisdom, and to another [the power to express]
a word of knowledge and understanding according to the same [Holy] Spirit;
9 To another [wonder-working] faith by the same [Holy] Spirit,
to another the extraordinary powers of healing by the one Spirit;
10 To another the working of miracles, to another prophetic insight
(the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose); to another the
ability to discern and distinguish between [the utterances of true]
spirits [and false ones], to another various kinds of [unknown] tongues,
to another the ability to interpret [such] tongues.
11 All these [gifts, achievements, abilities] are inspired and brought
to pass by one and the same [Holy] Spirit, Who apportions to each
person individually [exactly] as He chooses.
12 For just as the body is a unity and yet has many parts,
and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so it is with Christ
the Messiah, the Anointed one).  AMP

God bless you,

Ambassador of Christ
