Did you know that He has given
you spiritual gifts?
You will also
discover that you have a special spiritual grace
that
shines above others for a particular function in the Body of
Christ.
Every
true worshipper functions in spiritual gifts.
Spiritual
talent or Spiritual gifts are not to be confused with natural
talent.
You are given natural talents through your natural birth DNA.
You exercise developmental skills of those talents.
Every believer is given spiritual gifts at the time of
conversion
into God's Marvelous Light.

Your special gift
is transmitted by the Light of the Spirit in the
New Birth through the graces given to the Church upon the
resurrection, ascension and enthronement of Christ the King!
The
Holy Spirit is the administrator of spiritual gifts and
when you
have Him, you have spiritual gifts residing within you.
The
Holy Spirit can manifest at the will of the Father and the Son
for
each are one in unity of purpose:
1. omnipotent, all powerful,
2. omnipresent, present everywhere
3. omniscient, all knowing.
Many live
much or all of their Christian life without realizing or
experiencing
the working power and glory of spiritual gifts to which
God has endowed His sons and daughters. Unless one
is led into
spiritual truth first
seeking
the
Kingdom
of
God and His Righteousness, and relationship with
the Holy
Spirit,
spiritual graces most generally are
not released to manifest
supernaturally for edification of others.
1 Corinthians
12:1-7 AMP
12:1
NOW ABOUT the spiritual gifts (the special endowments of supernatural
energy), brethren,
I do not want you to be misinformed.
2
You
know that when you were heathen, you were led off after idols that
could not speak
[habitually] as impulse directed and whenever the
occasion might arise.
3
Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking under the power
and influence
of the [Holy] Spirit of God can [ever] say, Jesus be
cursed! And no one can [really] say,
Jesus is [my] Lord, except by and
under the power and influence of the Holy Spirit.
4
Now
there are distinctive varieties and distributions of endowments (gifts,
extraordinary
powers distinguishing certain Christians, due to the
power of divine grace operating in their
souls by the Holy Spirit) and
they vary, but the [Holy] Spirit remains the same.

And
there are distinctive varieties of service and ministration, but it is
the same Lord
[Who is served].
6
And
there are distinctive varieties of operation [of working to accomplish
things], but it is the
same God Who inspires and energizes them all in
all.

But to
each one is given the manifestation of the [Holy] Spirit [the evidence,
the spiritual
illumination of the Spirit] for good and profit.
Believers are to be filled with the
anointing presence of the Holy Ghost!
It
is the Baptism of the Holy Ghost that releases the power of God
to do
His service as Jesus did.
Acts 10:38 KJV
38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth
with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went
about doing good, and
healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
John the Baptist said:

"But He Who is coming after me is
mightier than I, Whose sandals I am not worthy or fit to take off
or
carry; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire."

But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the
Holy Spirit has come upon
you, and you shall be My witnesses in
Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends
(the very bounds)
of the earth.
Jesus said He was sending the Holy Spirit.
What
were
His
reasons
for
doing so?
John 14:26 KJV
26 But the Comforter, which is the
Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name,
he shall teach you
all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have
said
unto you.
John 16:14-15 KJV
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall
receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he
shall take of mine,
and shall shew it unto you.
The same
Anointing Person that Jesus received by the full measure of the Holy
Ghost within Him
is abiding in God's spiritually born-again children.
1 John 2:20 AMP
20 But you have been anointed by [you
hold a sacred appointment from, you have been given
an unction from]
the Holy one, and you all know [the Truth] or you know all things.
The Holy
Spirit is the Person of God who spiritually anoints by His abiding
Presence.
He is the One who endows us with spiritual gifts.
The
unction is the things of god which He teaches and demonstrates of Jesus
Christ our Lord.
Within
TEAM Ministry
1. each participant
learns to exercise spiritual gifts;
2. understands
where they fit into ministry vision;
3. understands the gifts are given as part of
a TEAM effort with
the Body;
4. is encouraged to develop
and allow manifestation of the gifts.
It
is
Holy
Ghost
Who
administrates
the ministry of the gifts.

The
ministry of the Word and the
ministry
of the Spirit are given
by our Heavenly
Father for the purposes of equipping for works
of ministry and edification of the
church into maturity. God's
Kingdom is one of order and His order brings balance
into the Body
of
Christ.
God enjoys doing new

Whoever does not persevere and carry his own cross and come after
(follow)
Me
cannot
be
My
disciple.

For
which
of
you,
wishing to build a farm building, does not first
sit down and calculate
the cost [to see] whether he has sufficient
means to finish it?
29
Otherwise,
when
he
has
laid the foundation and is unable to complete
[the building],
all who see it will begin to mock and jeer at him,
30
Saying,
This
man
began
to build and was not able ( worth enough) to
finish.
The essence of this parable is that we need to evaluate the willingness of our heart and
the intent of our choices before we make
commitment.
Jesus was demonstrating the principle need to prepare so that we can follow
through to see
accomplishment. Building
the Kingdom requires us to know the principles of building and to
exercise good stewardship in the building process.
The
Lord instructs to invest faith,
prayer, time,
energy, skills, resources and
money
in
support
of His
ministries. As we sow these blessings of the Lord, He multiplies
them and rewards us
for our obedience.
These
rewards are our
harvest!
As a farmer sows for a future crop in
the physical
realm, the spiritual principles of the Kingdom
of Heaven are the same.
"Seeds" always produce like kind whether they are physical seeds or
spiritual seeds.
It is important that we keep our word and are
faithful
in the things to which we are given
stewardship.
In addition to
the spiritual opportunities, there are many natural talents that are
necessary
to effectually move ministry forward. It is human
resource that makes for an effective spiritual
campaign. Each
member of the
Body of Christ has a divine destiny in which to walk.
We learn
the path of
success in the following manner:
Psalm 119:104-106
AMP
104 Through Your precepts I get
understanding; therefore I hate every false way.
105 Your
word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. [Prov 6:23.]
106 I
have sworn [an oath] and have confirmed it, that I will keep Your
righteous ordinances [hearing, receiving,
loving, and obeying them].
God's Formula for
Success: Pray,
Plan, Prepare, Pursue
Your
willingness can be
a dynamic
part of the "work of the ministry."
Most
of
all
when
we start on
God's path of ministry, we must guard our hearts and our
words
of commitments!
One can
allow changing conditions and circumstances defeat what God has
spoken into one's
heart. Jesus
instructs
us
to
be
conquerers,
overcomers and victorious!
Here is a Prophetic Word
of Knowledge
from the Lord regarding ministry... Jesus said to His
disciples, "The
harvest is great, but the labors are few;
Therefore
pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into the harvest.
Luke
10:2 NKJV
God
has saved
us! What have we been saved
to do?
1. He has given us abundantly of His nature and His vision for
the Church!
2. He has given us natural gifts and spiritual gifts to do
His work.
3. He has given us the empowerment of the Holy Ghost for using
them!
All through the Bible, God shows Himself as a Person of Providence.
He has shown us His heart, His will and His Way for us to be
"worth saving."
His love
for us makes us worthy! It is
not by our righteousness but by His Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ, that we
are established in
Righteousness!
As a Person of Providence, God is so GOOD! He has made the way
for His people to go forth
with the
Gospel even when many are not willing to "get in
front
of a group of people" or go
"door-to-door."
Now, He
has given us Greater
Works and made it so
that we can travel
to all the nations
of the World without leaving our homes!
We have such awesome opportunities! He has blessed us with
the prosperity of computers,
"fast connections, and fast down loads."
Just thinking of all the details of high technology which we have at
the command of our hands
to exercise His Will is very humbling.
The choices we make lead us to the
destinies we walk.
The
door is open to you in one of the most exciting adventures of our
times!
We have
been given
supernatural powers
to exercise to the well being of nations!
God
loves us so much!
God sees us as "worthy!" He has made us
His
children. His
Spirit resides within us!
What an
awesome Living God we serve!
He will always be giving greater
testimonies of His Love for us!
He
is the Blesser, the Increaser,
the Multiplier!

TEAM POWER
►"team" exhibits followship.
(John
16:13-16)
Jesus alone is the
door through
which
man is reconciled to God.
No institution is
granted final authority. The source of social
order is God! No human institution
is
free from the destructive effects of sin. It is the Holy Spirit, Who was sent and is to comfort,
lead
and guide the
church. He does it through Christ's gift of men, the 5-fold
offices. (John
16:7)
The Holy Spirit empowers these gifts.
The
Lord's revealed Word, the Bible, is the final authority for
man, not the pronouncements of
committees, bureaucrats or religious policies.
►"team"
can only be as great
as the leadership/followship relationship
develops.
Everyone
who seeks shall find. It is
when we seek assignment to be on some "team"
in the Kingdom work of God that God approves
our place in His
order.
Nothing
Happens Until
Something Moves!
Fellowship
is a relationship of inner
unity
of purpose among leaders and believers,
which expresses itself in
outer
co-participation
with
Christ
and
one another accomplishing
God’s
Will.
Our
ministry vision addresses four types of "team" structures:
working
online
and
in
the
churches.
1.
Local
work.
2.
"City
teams"
for outreach ministries.
3.
Regional
teams working with other churches and
outreaches.
4.
International
"team
members"
reaching
the
nations.
God
will
begin
to
pull others
into the scope of the vision as we meet and exercise the plan
of God
and the
purposes of God. The fullness of the "TEAM" ministry functions
are not posted
in this letter. The following are not to
be interpreted in line with your current understanding of
church
government structure. Gain insights to the reformation work that
the Lord is doing and
the
move of the Holy Spirit to bring the church into divine order.

and

It is apparent that you
are serious about the Light of Truth.
It is not
just curiosity that has
brought you
this far into these letters.
Your heart has been stirred for you evidently are seeking that which we
are seeking:
that which we have been open and transparent to
share
thus
far. Jesus blessed those
that sought after His ministry for the
purposes of
hearing what the Holy Spirit was speaking
to the people! We
thirst
after the same. We seek His blessings... not just His signs,
wonders,
and miracles, but we seek relationship with our
Heavenly
Father through the Word and the Spirit!
May
God
mightily
bless
you in all spiritual manner and in the physical
areas of your lives that need
His favor and His grace!

members have the same function nor are called to the
same “office” of ministry. Jesus gave gifts to the church
which are varied yet, for
his purposes in unity
of the Spirit.

A
determining factor in your life is the Grace and the maturity
at which
you carry
God-given natural
gifts and spiritual gifts.
These are not high and lofty
words.

simple applications of your skills and talents
as well as the call and spiritual gift
of God upon your
life.

The
anointing you experience is determined by God’s Grace,
your thirst and your pursuit for more of Him.
4.
Placement
applies to the actions and graces you demonstrate.
One
can only follow or lead where one exercises Grace.

Here is
a final word of edification from Apostle Paul:

Cor 9:6-8 AMP
[Remember] this: he who sows
sparingly and grudgingly will also reap
sparingly and grudgingly,
and he who sows generously [that blessings
may come to someone] will also reap generously
and with blessings.
7 Let each one [give] as he has made up his own mind and purposed in
his heart, not reluctantly
or sorrowfully or under compulsion, for God
loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things,
and is
unwilling to abandon or to do without) a cheerful (joyous, "prompt to
do it") giver
[whose heart is in his giving]. [Prov 22:9.]
8 And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing)
come to you in abundance,
so that you may always and under all
circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient
[possessing
enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for
every good work
and charitable donation].

Here
are two opportunities to Exercise
a measure of faith today:
Sow
your gifts... Spiritual,
Talent... Contact Us
We
exercise
our
faith
by
planting. When
we
sow
our
seed
we are releasing
faith that it will
produce a
harvest.
How
we plant matters to
God!
When
we
speak
the
promises
of
God regarding our sowing, it commands the
seed to produce
that for which it was planted.
We continue to water our faith with praise, prayers and
thanksgiving.
Time and talent seeds are very
powerful.
Money
seeds are
also very powerful.
We
are wise when we respect the power of these seeds.
God's
economy
of
money
was
created to solve problems.
It is
a spiritual and physical weapon.
Spiritually, it is a visionary
weapon against ignorance, disease and poverty.
In the
physical realm, money
enables the Gospel to go forth!
As a
physical tangible, currency has the power to build and supply
resources for visions:
apostolic training centers, churches, orphanages,
academies and
hospitals.
What
we
must
understand
is that in the spiritual obedience of the
planting is the
"increase power" of the harvest! The harvest is the
resulting multiplication of our seed
and demonstration of our faith in the
unseen. It is the release of the gifts, all the gifts that
the Lord has endowed to flow from the effectual workings
of our heart, body and soul.
Our hands and feet are the divine instruments given that
we may impart the gifts.
It is out of our bellies, "our spirit" that living waters
flow into the spiritual and earth realms!
Heb 11:1 KJV
Now
faith
is
the
substance
of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not
seen.
Did you
know Faith requires action?
It displays its power in future events!
God is not a stingy God. He gives through liberality!
Eph
3:20 AMP
20 Now to Him Who, by
(in consequence
of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us,
is able to
[carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all
that we [dare]
ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers,
desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]--
Noah
exercised his faith in God's word for 120 years!
Examine
the account of Noah at the substance of what he hoped for.
You will
find the records in Genesis chapters 6,7,8,& 9.
His faith
produced superabundantly, far above his finite mind!
Noah lived 950 years!
Hebrews 11:7 AMP
7[Prompted]
by faith Noah, being forewarned by God concerning events of which as
yet there was
no visible sign, took heed and diligently and
reverently
constructed and prepared an ark for the
deliverance of his own family.
By this [his faith which relied on God] he passed judgment and
sentence
on the world's unbelief and became an heir and possessor of
righteousness ( that relation
of being right into which God puts the
person who has faith).
Noah's
seed
planting
of
faith was rewarded as a new covenant for mankind
and also as
a supernatural generational blessing.

22 While the earth remains, seedtime
and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day
and night shall
not cease.

9:1 AND GOD pronounced a blessing
upon Noah and his sons and said to them, Be fruitful
and multiply and

7 And you, be fruitful and multiply;
bring forth abundantly on the earth and multiply on it.
8 Then God spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying,
9 Behold, I establish My covenant or pledge with you and with your
descendants after you
10 And with every living creature that is with you--whether the birds,
the livestock, or the wild
beasts of the earth along with you, as many
as came out of the ark--every animal of the earth.
11 I will establish My covenant or pledge with you: Never again shall
all flesh be cut off by the
waters of a flood; neither shall there ever
again be a flood to destroy the earth and make it corrupt.
12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant (solemn pledge)
which I am making between Me
and you and every living creature that is
with you, for all future generations:
13 I set My bow [rainbow] in the cloud, and it shall be a token or sign
of a covenant or solemn
pledge between Me and the earth.
The Lord Jesus continually
exercised Kingdom Faith! Hebrews 11:1
Look at the actualization and the substance of faith given as the
promise!
John 7:38-39 AMP
38 He who believes in Me
[who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has
said,
From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs
and rivers of living water.
39 But He was speaking here of the Spirit, Whom those who
believed (trusted, had faith) in Him were
afterward to receive. For the [Holy] Spirit had not yet
been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified
(raised to honor).
For
the
[Holy]
Spirit had not yet been given!
He had not as yet been manifest to reside within the
spirits of believers.
But NOW, we live in the promise!
The Holy Ghost was poured out upon believers 2000 years
ago!
He
continues to be poured out upon believers daily around the globe!
The principles of Seedtime and Harvest
is God's divine foundation for prosperity in all human activities.
In acting
on your faith..
Your
seed is the Birthing!
Your
Harvest is the Completion!
If you are unable to plant
financial
seeds, please send me a seed letter.
A
letter is a very powerful seed! It is a divine instruction for us
to write!
After
all, the Bible is a collection of God's letters to us!
God
gave
His
Son
Life
Eternal and crowned Him King of all things!
God
crowns us with eternal life and make us earthly representives kings and
priests unto Him!
God
called His only begotten Son a Seed!
He promised King David a
Seed that would set upon his throne.
Jesus
taught
on
the
principles
of the seed on several occasions and
showed us how
awesomely powerful the seed contains the gift of
life!
We
are
to
sow
the seed of our earthly life and
time to God
with
passion!
In return, He gives us eternal life!
There is a place for
each and every person and each and every
ministry in building the
Kingdom
of
God on earth!
Hebrews
11:6 AMP
But without faith
it is
impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him.
For whoever would come near to God
must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He
is the rewarder
of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out].
