   As we have Courage
   To Pursue them!


   God is ETERNAL!  This message was born in the year 2006 and it is as real and a fresh
   as though it was released this day!

  Just as the prophet Jeremiah spoke of the wonderful works of the Spirit upon him,
   we, too, are to respond to the call of God through His divine touch upon our lives.
 
   Here is what Jeremiah experienced:  "Then I said, "I will not make mention of Him,
   nor speak anymore His name."
   But His Word was in my heart like burning fire shut up in my bones;
   I was weary of holding it back, and I could not."  (Jeremiah 20:9)

   Here is the prophetic word of knowledge we released in January 2007:
   "We will look back at the year 2007 as one of the most dynamic years of the past 100 years! 
   We will see things occur in the natural world that the natural mind could not have imagined! 
   Both blessings and calamities shall be increased in exponential measure!

   It will be a year in which those who are built upon the firm foundations of Jesus Christ will see
   their thirst and hunger greatly rewarded!
   It will be an opportunity for those who have not as yet entered into fellowship with the Father
   to do so!  The heavens are open!"


   The command of God is to change hearts and minds, receive the work of Christ and walk
   the most exciting experiences ever possible:

   Through the transforming power and guidance of the Holy Ghost {Holy Spirit},
   God continues to confirm His will and purposes of the International Vision of
   Heart of God Ministries.

   The ministry is one that exemplifies who God is: past, present and future.
   Our quest is to know and build relationship with our Divine Holy God and those who
   have been led to participate in the City of Lights ministry.

   We are reminded that The Word of God reveals God in three dimensional Persons:
   Through The Prophetic Voice,
   we will learn to "hear and see" the three dimensional expression and revelation of
   1.  His Personal Attributes
   2.  His Glorious Presence
   3.  His Miraculous Works.

   The Nature and the Testimony of God is Light.
   The Hebrew root word for light is ore, meaning to be or to make luminous, glorious ,
    to kindle, to give light, to show light, to set on fire, to shine, to give illumination, happiness,
   lightening and brightness becoming greater light, and to be enlightened, to cheer, enlighten,
   to cause one's face to shine on anyone, to be propitious, to give prosperity, knowledge,
   revelation, and truth.
   19 And we have the prophetic word [made] firmer still. You will do well to pay close attention
   to it as to a lamp shining in a dismal (squalid and dark) place, until the day breaks through
   [the gloom] and the Morning Star rises (comes into being) in your hearts.

   We will build upon these attributes and characteristics of our God of Lights!
 
   James 1:17
    Every good gift and every perfect ( free, large, full) gift is from above; it comes down from
    the Father of all [that gives] light, in [the shining of] Whom there can be no variation [rising
    or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [as in an eclipse]. AMP

   You won't want to miss the experiences that are set to happen as we Go Forth
   with Power in Understanding...
   1.  the Light of Truth,
   2.  the Light of Life
   3.  the Light of the Holy Spirit!
 
    0You hear Bill O'Reilly express... "you have entered "the No-Spin Zone." 

    The three Persons of God bear witness of Light, Truth, and Works.
    These Ministries are different.
    They minister in three different realms in God's Master Plan of Redemption.
    They are equal in their Holy Divine Nature, but we can easily see the relationships
    among them is so real, so personal, there is distinction.
    It is impossible to conclude that they are only personalities of one person.
    A true personality requires a person.   Unless the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit
    each were persons, they could not be true personalities.

    However, the three Persons are One God perfect in purpose and action.
    While they are distinct  they are inseparable as one God:
    1.  The Father reveals the Son as the Savior of the world.
    2.  The Son reveals the Father as the Unbegotten Cause of all things.
    3.  The Holy Ghost reveals the Son's Spiritual Stature to all penitent believers who desire
          to mature into the Measure of the Fullness of Christ's Stature. 
          ("Stature" is an interesting study.) 

   God is three dimensional in His Light Witness in Heaven.
    1 John 5:7  KJV
    For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost:
    and these three are one.
    1.  The Father...
         The Eternal Source of Light: originator of Truth, Life and Spirit
    2.  The Word (Jesus Christ)...
         The Eternal Source of perfection of all Truth which gives Light to the whole world
    3.  The Holy Ghost...
         The Generating Spirit Power of God's Blood and Its Miraculous Creative
          and Redemptive Works
 
    God is three dimensional in
    1. His Greatness
    2. His Power
    3. His Sovereign Dominion.

    God is three dimensional In
    1. His Righteousness
    2. His Holy Headship
    3. His Authority.

    God is three dimensional In His LIGHT Witness on the earth:
    1 John 5:8  KJV
    And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood:
    and these three agree in one.
    1.  The Spirit...
         The Father's Light Witness in Jesus Christ.
    2.  The Water of God's Word...
         The Light of the Perfection of Truth in  Christ Jesus.
    3.  The Blood; The Miraculous Works...
         The Light of the Creative and Redemptive Blood that God gave His Son,
         Whose Generating Power Performs Miraculous Creative and Redemptive Works.

    There is a Last Day coming for each and every individual.
    These appointments define our life span on the earth.
    There is an appointment of greater magnitude ahead for each individual:
    There is the "Last Day Judgment"... the Final Judgment consisting of two dimensions... 
    Light or Darkness (light is separated from the darkness)
    Genesis 1:3-4
    3 And God said, Let there be light; and there was light.
    4 And God saw that the light was good (suitable, pleasant) and He approved it;
       and God separated the light from the darkness.  AMP

    2 Cor 4:6
    6 For God Who said, Let light shine out of darkness, has shone in our hearts so as
    [to beam forth] the Light for the illumination of the knowledge of the majesty and
    glory of God [as it is manifest in the Person and is revealed] in the face of Jesus Christ
    (the Messiah). AMP

     The face of Jesus Christ is revealed in the Living Word and the Spirit of all prophecy.
 

    In a later letter, we shall study what this Absolute question means.
    Our study shall be based on the three dimensional, foundational truths
    we have just presented in this letter.

    This issue of the Prophetic Voice Newsletter
    is but a "sip from the wells of the Spirit" to wet our thirst and stimulate our hunger
    for the Bread of the Word of Light: Truth, Life and Spirit.
 
    The Waters of Christ's Words of Truth always bear witness to its setting apart unto
    1. God's Sanctification,
    2. The Cleansing Power,
    3. Redemptive Revelation in the heart of believers.

    Come let us go together to the "Mountain of God." 
    Let us sit at His feet and learn about
    1. His Glory,
    2. His Love,
    3. His Favor for His redeemed...
