           (Website Directory)            Ron and Paulette are blessed to be both sibling brother and sister and brother
     and sister in the Lord's Kingdom. They worked as co-labors in a divinely given
     HGMI vision: "Pensacola the City of Blessings" initiated in 1993 Holy Ghost
     Outpouring. The vision of Jesus's "Banner of Love over Pensacola and the region
     continues to be one focus as well as ministry endeavors in Kenya East Africa and
     working in support of a variety of other ministries.

     Paulette Sandall is a dedicated and anointed Prayer Warrior and "Handmaiden
     serving the Lord." She retired from the corporate world after 22 years of employment
     in the largest merchandise chain in America to join the HGMI team.
     She moved from Ohio to Pensacola in June of 2020 to be fully involved in the
     great advancement of building the Kingdom in God's Beloved "City of Blessings!"
     She is a warrior and a visionary!  Her heart, soul and mind is fully dedicated to Jesus!
     In 2024, Paulette returned to Ohio to join her daughter and son-in-law and four
     grandchildren. She remains a stalwart prayer warrior and valued spiritual colleague.

     In 1995 on Father's Day a visitation of Holy Ghost was experienced in Pensacola!
     In 1993, According to David Yonggi Cho, founder of Yoido Full Gospel Church
     in Korea, reported God told him He was "going to send revival to the seaside
     city of Pensacola, Florida and the visitation would spread like a fire until all
     of America had been spiritually consumed by it."
     [Note: "It" refers to the outpouring of Holy Ghost (Whom is God and Who
     releases redemption, renewal and refreshing! These three are spiritual effects:
     "as to being consumed by the Spirit of the Lord!." There are no limits as to the
     various profound, relational works of God experienced during an "outpouring!"
  
     In 1993, two years before the revival began, Ron having received the call of God
     and recognized in his life by ordination in 1991, was ministering at Jubilee
     Christian Center International in association with Lyndell Ballenger in Pensacola
     with the Center's prayer team... in the working Presence of Holy Ghost in signs,
     miracles and manifest Gifts of the Spirit were commonly in operation.
    
     On Father's Day 06-18-1995 at Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola,
     an Outpouring ("thus called "Brownsville Revival") was experienced in
     magnitude! The local Pensacola News Journal (newspaper) reported that more
     than 2.5 million people visited Pensacola from within America alone.
     There were multitudes from other nations who participated in the Outpouring!
     They sang praise and worship songs and heard anointed apostolic-prophetic
     messages including heart and tear wrenching sermons on sin and salvation.
     Messages were "powerful and touched" souls throughout the five year period.
     Hundreds of thousands accepted the invitation to receive personal prophetic
     and healing ministry. The Outpouring was not isolated to Brownsville Assembly...
     multiple Pensacola Churches in the area also experienced the dynamics of God's
     Holy Spirit visitation!

     Many over whelmed by Holy Ghost proclaimed they wanted to "get right with God."
     Untold thousands literally "hit the carpet" in repentance due to Holy Ghost
     overpowering Presence! After the altar calls spiritual leaders would pray for anyone
     who desired to be receive transferable spiritual empowerment by the ministering
     prayer team. Some fell to the ground, some shook under Holy Ghost's powerful
     Presence upon them, some sobbed and wept uncontrollably, some experienced
     uncontrollable laughter in divine measure of unspeakable joy, some lay in a state
     resembling a coma, sometimes remaining in a trance on the floor for hours at a time.
     Some participants call the experience being "slain in the Spirit."
     Others simply refer to receiving the touch of God. It was evident that God was
     in the making of something Great and Mighty! More than four million people are
     reported to have attended the revival meetings at Brownsville Assembly of God
     from their declared beginnings in 1995 through 2000.

     In 1993, God had sent Gabriel Heymans from the country of South Africa prior to
     the declaration of "Outpouring" at Brownsville Assembly to the United States to
     teach and dynamically demonstrate the work of the Holy Ghost and to release an
     anointing (spiritual manifestation) of the Divine "Force of Joy of God!"
     Gabriel was welcomed by Lyndell Ballenger at Jubilee Christian Center in Pensacola
     (Lyndell now deceased) and Gabriel remained ministering in the Southern States
     releasing a glorious anointing within and upon 1000's of worshipers.
     One of the ministries of Holy Ghost is the "laying on of hands for the transference
     of His awesome empowerment... many times evident in the manifestation
     of "speaking in unknown tongues." 
     [Note; The "doors" to ministry were eventually opened for Gabriel in Phoenix
     Arizona as a "base" location for the ministry for several years.]
 
     Through Gabriel's ministry, signs and wonders of uncontrollable spiritual
     gut wrenching laughter and weeping were evident of the manifest divine spiritual
     experience. Dynamic visitations and healing miracles accompanied the ministry
     of Holy Ghost! God ministered restoration of heart, soul and desire for Christ
     by His Holy Spirit's awesome Presence!
 
     As further initiation of Outpouring of Great Power and Demonstration in America,
     God sent Gabriel's life-long friend and fellow anointed spiritual brother, Rodney
     Howard Brown through whom major churches and ministerial conferences
     across America opened their doors of fellowship to receive of the "Divine Force
     of Joy!"

     God was preparing His people as He also expanded the Kingdom with a vast
     harvest of souls to be sustained in the season of following years as evil doers
     led by demonic forces have been corrupting every human institution in the earth!

     Ron began to serve in the Kingdom of God beginning in 1978 and for 13 years
     was tending, supporting and helping others to build ministries and churches. 
     In September of 1991, Ron received recognition of Christ's call and was ordained
     as the ministry was examined and certified by an apostolic committee convened
     at Tabernacle of Praise, Calhoun, Ga. (Jack Dupree, lead minister (deceased.)

     Ron was active in missionary work in Cuba in 1994 in which God ministered
     the Glory realm and Miraculous work of the Holy Ghost!
     Later in 1999, the Lord instructed to return to Cuba.  Again, he experienced the
     miraculous in the glorious anointing and apostolic Presence of the Holy Ghost
     as he ministered and carried out the purposes for which the Lord had sent him
     while divinely shielded from Cuban Communist security forces of Fidel Castro. 
     (The Cuban apostolic fellowships are targets of persecution and remain this day
      as "under-ground" {hidden} assemblies.) 

     In January 2001, Ron had been invited to align with other apostolic-prophetic
     men to help strengthen churches and provide spiritual oversight in the
     Southeastern region of the USA. An invitation had been extended to spiritual
     leaders of the region to attend a conference in search of "What is an Apostle"
     by Herman Bradley (lead minister) at House of Prayer of which now is
     expanded in vision as Christ The King Church and Ministries International, (CTKC)
     Brewton, Alabama. At this conference Ron met Herman. They continue
     to experience a personal friendship and mutual ministerial association to this day.

     The Vision divinely received by Herman to "Build the Kingdom" follows:
     Christ The King Church and Ministries International is to provide valid
     structure in order that the Body of Christ (Christ's Spiritual Church,
     the universal 'Born-Again' by the Holy Spirit) may find proper placement
     that will allow the members to function orderly, effectively, and properly.
     The focus is to "cover" (share insights and training through guidance and
     encouragement to headship of ministers and ministries. To align (CTKC)
     fellowship with God and each other in away that the Covenant Blessings can
     be dispensed to all who are joined to us. To educate every member of the region
     and reach internationally through teaching, training and ministry.
     The  Vision exists as a community of Saints giving expression to the Authentic
     Church of Jesus Christ that the Kingdom of God in the earth is revealed
     and modeled as it is in Heaven. 

     This Mission of Christ The King Church and Ministries International is established
     to set forth Divine Order in Christ's Church: To Perfect and Equip as revealed in
     Ephesians Chapter 4 for the "Work of the ministry and the edification of the Body
     of Christ through the "five-fold gifting He gave to His Body in His Ascension...
     to take dominion in righteousness by aggressive faith worship, fellowship and
     service of ministers and ministries locally, regionally and internationally.

     In May of 2001, Ron and wife Phyllis attended an international conference
     of the Communion of Apostolic Churches held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
     They were invited by Herman Bradley then introduced to George Kouri, founder
     of the Communion. Ron presented the work and vision the Lord had administered
     to him concerning establishing training Centers in Cuba (Ron was divinely called
     to appointed missions to Cuba 1993 and 1999). 
     During the attendance to Oklahoma through counsel and fellowship, the Lord
     strengthened the vision to join to work with them as a South Regional Team was
     initiated by Herman. who remains dedicated to the Communion of Apostolic
     work within the United States and missions abroad.

     While in Phoenix, Arizona, Gabriel Heymans was inspired to develop his
     operatic voice and was accepted by Julliard School of music temporarily
     redirecting the Gabriel Heymans Ministries of apostolic-prophetic missions.
     [Note: Founded in 1905, The Juilliard School is a world leader in performing arts
     education. Juilliard offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in dance, drama,
     and music.] Gabriel's quest led to study in Italy for extensive operatic training.
     Phyllis Gann had remained in close association with Gabriel's wife Anita
     and reported that Gabriel was returning to once again advance the dynamic
     ministry of teaching and demonstrating the Holy Spirit's power to churches
     in the United States. Upon receiving this news, Ron contacted Herman Bradley
     who graciously invited Gabriel to minister at House of Prayer.
     It was an exciting and glorious event as Holy Ghost, Gifts of the Spirit, were
     experienced by all in attendance! This appointment and Holy Ghost demonstrated
     empowered event renewed Gabriel's vision and quest for expansion and
     intensification of building Christ's Kingdom of God in the earth!
     Contact with Gabriel remains active through his online ministry and newsletters.
 
     In November of 2001, the Lord through open vision instructed it was time
     to gather an allotment of believers and give pastoral oversight to the fellowship. 
     Ron served in the Ascension-gift appointment until Spring of 2007.

     In April of 2005, Ron began an intense learning program to attain the required
     skills to launch Heart of God Ministries International Virtual Ministry Resources.
     HGMI is actively advancing the work of the Lord's given vision: working in Him
     to build His apostolic-prophetic church through a communion of ministries

     In August 2007, Ron met a prophetically anointed minister, Tom Hill of Acworth,

     Tom and Ron were Team ministering in Calhoun Georgia. 
     The following account is shared:  ["Tom turned toward me and released
     the Gift of the Spirit, "word of knowledge." It was to the point, "The Lord says
     you are going to Africa." Later in the meeting Tom decreed, "The Lord says
     you are going to Kenya."]

     It would be March of 2009 that a minister in Kenya, Joseph Natembeya,
     while surfing the internet search engines would be guided to visit
     www.thepropheticvoice.com website and request the then published
     "The Prophetic Voice Newsletter." (no longer in production).
     Later, He sent a letter to introduce himself and the ministry vision in which
     he and his wife Dorice were engaged. They were building a Christ-Centered
     School for orphans, while also building a fellowship center of worship and
     teaching the Word of God.  Joseph was also traveling to various ministries
     across Kenya to minister in distant fellowships. He was seeking apostolic-
     prophetic empowerment.

     His letter initiated the beginning of a relation to build, and encourage apostolic-
     prophetic ministry in the heart of Africa. In March 2011, a mission to Kenya was
     initiated.  A a regional conference was planned and was attended by ministers
     far and wide including some from neighboring Uganda.
     Heart of God Ministries of Africa was established by official registration.
    
                        

 

     City of Blessings is a ministry vision within Heart of God Ministries International. 
     It is a non-denominational mission with vision to reach the uninformed of
     Pensacola Florida and surrounding Region to receive the Kingdom Message
     of our Lord Jesus Christ, and Raise the Banner of Christ's Love over the City!
 
     The ministry encompasses
     1.  Proclaiming the Present reality of the Gospel, 
     2.  Moving in the Power of Holy Ghost, 
     3. Teaching the Kingdom (Government) of God. (Matt.24:14)

     In a spirit of unity and purpose, we endeavor to connect with others
     of local, state,national and global vision, teaching the "pattern of the Son"
     that they might equip and build TEAMs to reach communities worldwide
      through prayer, planning, preparation, and pursuit.
