Ron Gann Paulette Sandall They are blessed to be both sibling brother and sister and brother and sister in the Lord's Kingdom. They are currently working as co-labors in a vision released as divinely given: "Pensacola the City of Blessings." Paulette Sandall is a dedicated and anointed Prayer Warrior and "Handmaiden serving the Lord." She retired from the corporate world after 22 years of employment in one of the largest merchandise chains in America to join the HGMI team. She moved from Ohio to Pensacola in June of 2020 to be fully involved in the Great advancement of building the Kingdom in God's Beloved "City of Blessings!" She is a warrior and a visionary! Her heart, soul and mind is fully dedicated to Jesus! In 1995 on Father's Day a visitation of Holy Ghost was experienced in Pensacola! In 1993, According to David Yonggi Cho, founder of Yoido Full Gospel Church in Korea, reported God told him He was "going to send revival to the seaside city of Pensacola, and it will spread like a fire until all of America has been consumed by it." In 1993, two years before the revival began, Ron having received the call of God and officially recognized as working in his life by ordination in 1991, was ministering at Jubilee Christian Center International in Pensacola with the Center's prayer team... A regular manifest Presence of Holy Ghost whereby signs, wonders, miracles and the full manifest Gifts of the Spirit were in operation. On Father's Day 06-18-1995 at Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola, Florida, an Outpouring ("Revival") was experienced in magnitude reported by the local Pensacola News Journal (newspaper) resulting in more than 2.5 million people who visited Pensacola from within America alone. They sang praise and worship songs and heard anointed apostolic-prophetic messages including heart and tear wrenching sermons on sin and salvation. Messages were "fresh and touched" the soul throughout the five year period. Hundreds of thousands accepted the invitation to leave their seats and rush forward to receive personal ministry. Many proclaimed they wanted to "get right with God." . . . Untold thousands literally "hit the carpet" in repentance. After the altar calls spiritual leaders would pray for anyone who desired to be prayed over by the prayer team and ministers. Some fell to the ground, some shook under Holy Ghost's powerful Presence upon them, some sobbed and wept uncontrollably, some laughed in divine measure in unspeakable joy, some lay in a state resembling a coma, sometimes remaining on the floor for hours at a time. Some participants call the experience being "slain in the Spirit." Others simply refer to receiving the touch of God. It was evident that God was in the making of something Great and Mighty! More than four million people are reported to have attended the revival meetings from its declared beginnings in 1995 through 2000. God had sent Gabriel Heymans prior to the Outpouring to the United States from South Africa to teach the foundation truth of the work of the Holy Ghost and to release an anointing of the "Force of Joy of God!" He was welcomed at Jubilee Christian Center and remained ministering in the south releasing a glorious anointing within and upon 1000's of worshipers. As signs and wonders, uncontrollable gut wrenching laughter and weeping were evident of the manifest divine spiritual experience! Miracles of healing accompanied the ministry of God's Presence! God was ministering restoration of heart, soul and desire for Christ by His awesome Presence of the Holy Spirit! As initiation of the Outpouring of Great Power and Demonstration in America, God sent Gabriel's life time friend and fellow anointed spiritual brother, Rodney Howard Brown to whom major churches and ministerial conferences opened their doors of fellowship to receive of the "Divine Force of Joy!" God was preparing His people as He also expanded the Kingdom with a harvest of souls to be sustained in the season of following years as evil doers led by demonic forces corrupted every institution in the earth. Ron began to serve in the Kingdom of God beginning in 1978 and for 13 years was tending, supporting and helping others to build ministries and churches. In September of 1991, Ron received recognition, and was ordained and certified under pastoral and apostolic ministry: Tabernacle of Praise, Calhoun, Ga. Ron was active in missionary work in Cuba in 1994 whereby he encountered the Glory realm and Miraculous work of the Holy Ghost! Later in 1999, the Lord instructed to return to Cuba. Again, he experienced the miraculous as he walked in the glorious anointing and apostolic presence of the Holy Ghost. Ron ministered and carried out the purposes for which the Lord had sent him while divinely shielded from Cuban security forces. (The apostolic fellowships are targets of persecution and remain this day as "under-ground" assemblies.) In January 2001, Ron had been invited to align with other apostolic-prophetic men to help strengthen churches and provide spiritual oversight in the Southeastern region of the USA. In May of 2001, Ron and wife Phyllis attended an international conference of the Communion of Apostolic Churches held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They were introduced to brother George Kouri, founder of the Communion. Ron presented the work and vision the Lord had administered to him concerning establishing training Centers in Cuba wherein through counsel and fellowship, the Lord strengthened the vision. In November of 2001, the Lord through open vision instructed it was time to gather an allotment of believers and give pastoral oversight to the fellowship. Ron served in the Ascension-gift appointment of shepherd until Spring of 2007. In April of 2005, Ron began an intense learning program to attain the required skills to launch Heart of God Ministries International Virtual Ministry Resources. HGMI is actively advancing the work of the Lord's vision: working in Him to build His apostolic-prophetic church through a communion of ministries of the nations. In August 2007, Ron met a prophetically anointed minister, Tom Hill of Acworth, Georgia. (See www.thepropheticvoice.com/thats_radical.html for details.) Tom and Ron were Team ministering in Calhoun Georgia. The following account is shared: ["He turned toward me to deliver a "word of knowledge.' It was to the point, "The Lord says you are going to Africa." Later in the meeting Tom decreed, "The Lord says you are going to Kenya."] It would be March of 2009 that a minister in Kenya. Joseph Natembeya, while surfing the internet search engines would choose to visit thepropheticvoice.com website and request the then published "The Prophetic Voice Newsletter." He then sent a letter to introduce himself and the ministry vision in which he and his wife Dorice were engaged. They were building a Christ Centered School for orphans, building a fellowship center of worship and teaching the Word of God. Joseph was also traveling to various ministries across Kenya to minister in distant fellowships. His letter initiated the beginning of relation building in the heart of Africa. In March 2011, a mission to Kenya was made. A conference planned and was assembled attended by ministers far and wide including those from Uganda. Heart of God Ministries of Africa was established.
