The Prophetic Voice Newsletter Issue 6


In a recent 01-23-08 fellowship meeting at Outreach Christian Ministries in Pensacola, Florida, the Lord poured out His Spirit upon us! 
There was a presence of the Person Holy Ghost that electrified the atmosphere around us!  It was a time of ministering to the Body.

He released a Word of Knowledge that it was time for the church to step into His Knowledge.  
The scripture of Ezekiel 37:1-10 was ministered in variable aspects of the evening’s message of edification.   During personal ministry, the flow
of His anointing came upon all assembled.
Specifically, we heard Holy Ghost proclaim details of 37:3 and 37:10.

He spoke of bringing His people out of bondages of apathy, passivity, and dry, weak bones into a place where we KNOW that we KNOW. 
He assured us that our understanding to what He was doing in New Beginnings and New Things for 2008 was in Knowing that He Knows. 
As we walk into this understanding and walk in faith that He Knows… we will see clearly to build relationship to Know Him and in so doing shall Know and experience Greater Things.

What does the Word of God reveal to us about this Word of Knowledge?
Ezekiel 37:3  Speaks of our Knowing… “O Lord God, You KNOW!”
Ezekiel 37:10 Speaks of…. “an exceeding great army.”    

In Apostle Paul first letter to the Corinthian church, he opens the way in which we see spiritual witness to that which has been written about the 01-23-08 meeting thus far:
1 Cor 15:34-38  AMP
34 Awake [from your drunken stupor and return] to sober sense and your right minds, and sin no more. For some of you have not the knowledge of God [you are utterly and willfully and disgracefully ignorant, and continue to be so, lacking the sense of God's presence and all true knowledge of Him]. I say this to your shame.
35 But someone will say, How can the dead be raised?
With what [kind of] body will they come forth?
Note: God’s purpose beginning this year is to resurrect the Body of Christ
to build relationship with the Person Holy Ghost and start us walking
in our divine destinies!
36 You foolish man! Every time you plant seed, you sow something that does not come to life [germinating, springing up, and growing] unless it dies first.
37 Nor is the seed you sow then the body which it is going to have [later], but it is a naked kernel, perhaps of wheat or some of the rest of the grains.
38 But God gives to it the body that He plans and sees fit, and to each kind of seed a body of its own.
The NEW CREATION of God has a Body of its own!
Jesus Christ was planted in the earth as God’s “Seed” that he might die
and spring forth the New Covenant of the Eternal Light of Truth, Life,
and Spirit!

The Lord released an anointing for us to Know Him.  He then had that anointing rubbed upon all that were assembled as part of His army! 
He administered to us both physically and spiritually.
We were face to face with each other in a circle of which He had instructed us to assemble. 
He released a “ball of fire” in our midst!  He instructed that we were to receive the anointing of KNOWING!  There was fire in our bones just as Jeremiah proclaimed to the Lord.
9 If I say, I will not make mention of [the Lord] or speak any more in His name, in my mind and heart it is as if there were a burning fire shut up in my bones. And I am weary of enduring and holding it in;
I cannot [contain it any longer].
10 For I have heard many whispering and defaming, [There is] terror on every side! Denounce him! Let us denounce him! Say all my familiar friends, they who watch for my fall, Perhaps he will be persuaded and deceived; then we will prevail against him, and we will get our revenge on him.
11 But the Lord is with me as a mighty and terrible one; therefore my persecutors will stumble, and they will not overcome [me].
They will be utterly put to shame, for they will not deal wisely
or prosper [in their schemes]; their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten.
12 But, O Lord of hosts, You Who try the righteous, Who see the heart and the mind, let me see Your vengeance on them, for to You have I revealed and committed my cause.

When we come into a personal relationship with Holy Ghost, we are available and accessible to the wisdom of God and His working power
in us.  We learn to hear Him and to see Him… to KNOW HIM spiritually and experientially!
On 01-28-08, I received an article from our friend Gabriel Heymans.
He had mailed us an article titled “The Hour of Knowing"  and was not aware of what God was doing in our midst!

 The magnified and awesome Voice of the Holy Ghost gives witness that we are to walk in the provisions made available to us for this season! 
After ministering to the fellowship in this awesome anointed presence of
Holy Ghost, reflections begin to emerge upon the spiritual events which have thus far been shared with you.  By inspiration, 01-25-08, two scriptures, Psalm 39 and Psalm 40, were illuminated in regard to two of the prophetic words of knowledge released in the meeting.  Since our experience in this prophetic realm, we have seen a huge spike of events around the nations and within our own personal environments which exemplifies the messages of these Psalms.
The month of February 2008 was a brutal saga of horrific events
in every measure of life.  Evil and calamity has raised to record heights.
We cannot account for all the myriads of ways that the earth is being shaken!  Change is at record levels in every venue of the creation!

I SAID, I will take heed and guard my ways, that I may sin not with my tongue; I will muzzle my mouth as with a bridle while the wicked are
before me.
2 I was dumb with silence, I held my peace without profit and had no comfort away from good, while my distress was renewed.
3 My heart was hot within me. While I was musing, the fire burned;
then I spoke with my tongue:
4 Lord, make me to know my end and [to appreciate] the measure
of my days--what it is; let me know and realize how frail I am
[how transient is my stay here].
5 Behold, You have made my days as [short as] handbreadths, and my lifetime is as nothing in Your sight. Truly every man at his best is merely
a breath! Selah [pause, and think calmly of that]!
6 Surely every man walks to and fro--like a shadow in a pantomime;
surely for futility and emptiness he is in turmoil; each one heaps up riches, not knowing who will gather them. [1 Cor 7:31; James 4:14.]
7 And now, Lord, what do I wait for and expect?
8 Deliver me from all my transgressions; make me not the scorn
and reproach of the [self-confident] fool!
9 I am dumb, I open not my mouth, for it is You Who has done it.
10 Remove Your stroke away from me; I am consumed by the conflict
and the blow of Your hand.
11 When with rebukes You correct and chasten man for sin,
You waste his beauty like a moth and what is dear to him consumes away; surely every man is a mere breath. Selah [pause, and think calmly of that]!
12 Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; hold not Your peace
at my tears! For I am Your passing guest, a temporary resident,
as all my fathers were.
13 O look away from me and spare me, that I may recover cheerfulness
and encouraging strength and know gladness before I go and am no more!

I WAITED patiently and expectantly for the Lord; and He inclined to me
and heard my cry.
2 He drew me up out of a horrible pit [a pit of tumult and of destruction],
out of the miry clay (froth and slime), and set my feet upon a rock, steadying my steps and establishing my goings.
3 And He has put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many shall see and fear (revere and worship) and put their trust and confident reliance in the Lord. [Ps 5:11.]
4 Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who makes the
Lord his refuge and trust, and turns not to the proud or to followers
of false gods.
5 Many, O Lord my God, are the wonderful works which You have done, and Your thoughts toward us; no one can compare with You! If I should declare and speak of them, they are too many to be numbered.
6 Sacrifice and offering You do not desire, nor have You delight in them; You have given me the capacity to hear and obey [Your law, a more valuable service than] burnt offerings and sin offerings [which]
You do not require.
7 Then said I, Behold, I come; in the volume of the book it is written of me;
8 I delight to do Your will, O my God; yes, Your law is within my heart.
[Heb 10:5-9.]
9 I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great assembly [tidings of uprightness and right standing with God].
Behold, I have not restrained my lips, as You know, O Lord.
10 I have not concealed Your righteousness within my heart; I have proclaimed Your faithfulness and Your salvation. I have not hid away
Your steadfast love and Your truth from the great assembly.
 [Acts 20:20,27.]
11 Withhold not Your tender mercy from me, O Lord; let Your loving-kindness and Your truth continually preserve me!
12 For innumerable evils have compassed me about; my iniquities have taken such hold on me that I am not able to look up.
They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart has failed me
and forsaken me.
13 Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me; O Lord, make haste to help me!
14 Let them be put to shame and confounded together who seek and require my life to destroy it; let them be driven backward and brought
to dishonor who wish me evil and delight in my hurt!
15 Let them be desolate by reason of their shame who say to me, Aha, aha!
16 Let all those that seek and require You rejoice and be glad in You;
let such as love Your salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified!
17[As for me] I am poor and needy,

As sited below, there has been a lack of exercised faith among Christians. New Age movements and schools of humanism have exercised
the principles of God better than the people of God.  They are exercised as lack of faith and as attitudes within the Body of Christ identifiable as apathy and passivity.
Lack of zeal for the things of God is not new.   People are readily self-centered than God-centered.  The Old and New Testament both document these same apathetical attitudes of God's people.
God had sent the Faith Movement to the church for a period of about
30 years…the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.  He began a New Move in 1988. 
It was time for change, (“New Things”) because Christians were still living in hope and not in faith.  
God moved mightily during these 30 years in those who grasped the message of faith and moved with Him, but most of the church chose to  remain in the realms of hope... focused on the things that could be seen.
  
God’s season of “New Things” carried into the 90”s to reveal His Love,
and His force of Joy and Laughter in the Holy Ghost!
It was a time to return the church to RELATIONSHIP with the Person Holy Ghost. John chapters 14-16 were made alive in revelation, understanding and experience with His Personal presence.  Many did not receive this Glorious move of God’s working Presence and Power.  They gave a "cold shoulder" to it retorting that it could not be of God due to the manifested physical demonstrations.  (see Spiritual Gifts webpage for an indepth
study of  living and having our being in the Holy Ghost.)
Subsequently, they did not come to KNOW Holy Ghost in His Person.
(A new move of God is pouring out in "hot spots" now in the 2nd quarter
of 2008.  The same critical spirit from the church of tradition and legalism
is active with false accusations and apathetical actions toward what we have been hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit declare was coming beginning in 2003!)
He wants us to seek Him as our friend and engage in a life long daily personal relationship with Him.  

Today, in the year 2008, it is not an option, but it is absolutely necessary … mandatory for all of God’s people to KNOW Him and walk in fellowship
with Him! 

It is critical and crucial to be in close relationship with the Holy Ghost.  Some of you prefer to call Him, Holy Spirit.  He is one and the same!
In fact, there are two major requirements that are made clear by the
Word of Knowledge we are receiving.  

In order to participate in the spiritual banquet in our daily lives that God
has prepared for us…
1.  We must be established in a life of faith.
2.  We must be established in a life of Holy Spirit friendship.

To experience the awesome things God has prepared for each of us
 requires that we KNOW the life of Faith and Fellowship!   In order to move with God in 2008, we must step into a higher level and reach the place of “KNOWING.”

Faith fully matured,  becomes KNOWING.
There are two ways to move with God in this realm…
1.  Meditate in the Light of Christ...  the Truth and Life of the Word of God.
     Dwelling in His Word, hearing, seeing, experiencing, and speaking it fills
     every part of our body, soul and spirit. 
     The Word of God becomes “a personal knowing”or personal
      revelation.  The Word (Jesus Christ) has then become our personal
      truth. When we experience the supernatural transformation from hope
      to faith, we surely Know it deep within the inner man.  
      The revelation is NOW the Word of God Known by each personally! 

2.  The Holy Ghost helps you to advance your faith to Knowing by His
      work and witness in you.  He confirms and bears witness to the truth
      which you NOW KNOW.  Once you pass from believing in faith to
      KNOWING, the Holy Ghost adds His confirmation and will bear witness
      in your heart to what you NOW Know.
     Now, Faith IS!  It is amazing when you KNOW something inside you
     and then Holy Ghost rises up within you and releases the reality of His
     presence in assurance and confirmation of Christ’s liquid fire of Love. 
You cannot be swayed or separated from the things of God which you personally have come to KNOW through revelation of the Word of God and in fellowship living experientially with Holy Spirit in the power of the Spirit of the Risen Lord! 

2008 is the beginning of a season whereby we begin to live entirely out
of the Word and the Spirit which releases full revelation of what we affirmatively and securely KNOW.  It is the experiential encounters with the
Holy Ghost that enable us to know Him.  The Lord presents himself to us
by His Spirit!  He comes as the Shepherd and the King to draw us out
into relationship with Him.  The compassion of God and the power of God
are demonstrated in physical manifestations.  As we experience the supernatural of His Presence and the workings of His Gifts,
we receive a fresh revelation of His Love, His authority of care, His shepherd rule over our lives.

We are in the Beginning of a period in church maturity living in full conviction of total revelation of Who God Is!  The time of living in false hopes, and humanistic mental affirmations is over for those who will
receive of these prophetic revelations into their lives.
It is time for the church to come out from the ways of the world and consecrate body, soul and spirit to God.  It is time to become active and have a zeal for the Body of Christ.  It is time for fellowship with the Father and the Son in the Holy Ghost!
There are five Things that we must KNOW as administrated in the Kingdom of Heaven for our lives in 2008 and the years ahead…
1.  Salvation… WE individually must KNOW beyond any doubt that we are
a son of God. (non-gender)      ou and I must KNOW that God KNOWS
and that the world and the devil KNOWS that we KNOW we have Eternal Life!  NOW!  And forevermore.   Here is how we KNOW…
We KNOW that we have passed over out of death into Life by the fact that we love the brethren (our fellow Christians). He who does not love abides (remains, is held and kept continually) in [spiritual] death.

2.  God’s Word…  We must KNOW God’s Word.  We can no longer follow men’s doctrines and legal and traditional religious designs for our lives! 
By this we shall come to KNOW (perceive, recognize, and understand) that we are of the Truth, and can reassure (quiet, conciliate, and pacify) our hearts in His presence,

His Presence is as precious as His Word!  They are one in purpose...
that we KNOW Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior... the Lion and the Lamb,
the Ruling King and the Redeemer of our souls.

3.  The HOLY GHOST… there are four things that we must KNOW
experientially:
● We are born of the Spirit.
● We walk in the Spirit.
● We drink of the Spirit.
● We commune with Holy Spirit in person.
       We must KNOW Him as the Comforter, our friend and companion.
       Of KNOWING HOLY GHOST,    John 14:16,17
Jesus said... “I will give you another Comforter…The Spirit of Truth whom the world cannot receive because it does not see Him or KNOW Him for He lives with you constantly and will be in you.”
By this you may KNOW (perceive and recognize) the Spirit of God: every spirit which acknowledges and confesses [the fact] that Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [actually] has become man and has come in the flesh is of God [has God for its source];

4.  Prophetic Revelation… We must KNOW as a matter of life the prophetic revelations of our times.  Without KNOWING the prophetic there is no vision, no purpose, no strategy and no action plan to our lives. 
Israel wandered 40 years because they refused to receive the revelation
of God’s Word for their time.  They remained hard hearted.

Daniel’s prophetic word foretold the day of Christ’s fulfillment and Israel again missed their day of consolation as Jesus entered Jerusalem, triumphantly revealing Himself as the Messiah. Only a small crowd heralded the event.  Lack of prophetic revelation and blindness to truth caused the Jewish nation to forfeit her time of divine visitation. 
Today, the major nation of Israel still has not come to KNOW that Jesus has already come to redeem them from sin.
As punishment for lack of prophetic revelation, Israel has served 2000 years of worldwide captivity.
We must KNOW the prophetic revelation of our time or suffer the consequences.
11 And He replied to them, To you it has been given to KNOW the secrets and mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
12 For whoever has [spiritual knowledge], to him will more be given and he will be furnished richly so that he will have abundance; but from him who has not, what he has will be taken away.
The Good News is that god is a just and faithful God to His promises!
Israel is on the verge of a Holy Ghost Revival!  She is being prepared
to receive Her King.  Watch this prophetic declaration begin to
actualize even in this year with reports of signs, wonders and miracles
administered by the Holy Ghost!

We must KNOW the prophetic times of our day…
● The church age is the last generation; the prophetic “3rd Day” in which all things are fulfilled.
●  A global move of God on earth through the church will produce God’s harvest of souls before Christ returns.
●  The global establishing of the Kingdom of Heaven on earth will give God’s people authority and dominion over God’s institutions: families, churches, and civil governments. 
The Kingdom of Heaven represented on earth by the true church will occupy all things until Christ comes.

5.  DESTINY…  In the heart of expanding the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, stands the church… the people of purpose and plan of God.
The Greatest manifestation of God in the earth will be the repossession of the entire planet.  It will be God’s “hour’ of Greatest Miracles!

This plan of God places a phenomenal destiny in our hands! 
The magnitude of this vision is a great challenge for our finite minds to grasp.  Nevertheless, every believer should have a living vision, burning
in their bones and in their hearts…a fire of desire and dreams of a
destiny in the works of God in this awesome season of His manifested presence!

The culmination of His plan of Grace for the ages is His destiny for the church!

It is time for us to ponder some serious questions…
How are you positioned prophetically in this dramatic year 2008?
Are you walking in a place of KNOWING regarding the 5 Things just prophetically reviewed?

 Sadly, most of the church is in the valley of Dry Bones.  At large the church refuses to get up, grow up, and get rid of lethargy and slothfulness. 
People are not motivated.  Church meetings are all about having the “Minister of the Word”spoon feed and put food in the believer’s mouths and do everything for them.
People do not want to seek after the Holy Ghost for themselves, study the Word, take initiative, and seek God’s face until He reveals His plans and destiny for that person and brings them into the realm of KNOWING the prophetic things of God!



      The Kingdom of God is not something we are to hope for..
      it is the substance of our Faith, the evidence of things not seen!
     We must put aside those doctrines that speak of a weak church and that
     speak through suppositions of a delayed rule of Jesus Christ on the
     earth.  He is King, ruling as Head of all things! NOW! 

     Yes, we look to His coming to consummate the end of the age,
      but, not in a manner that diminishes His power and authority in the
      earth today!

     The Church is to be the extension of His demonstrated power and
