      Cherish "time" with God.
"The Times" of the past, present and future define your destiny!
      His timing is perfect.

      In ancient Israel, days were divided from 6 am to 6 pm
      making 5 pm the 11th hour.
      Then from 6 pm to 9 pm was called the first watch,
      9 pm to midnight the 2nd watch,
      midnight to 3 am the 3rd watch,
      3 am to 6 am the 4th watch.

    Imagine there is a bank which credits your account each morning with $86,400,
    carries over no balance from day to day, allows you to keep no cash balance,
    and every evening cancels whatever part of the amount you had failed to use
    during that day.

    What would you do?
    Draw out every cent, of course!

    Everyone has such a bank. It's name is time!

    Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
    Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this
    you have failed to invest to good purpose.
    It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft.
    Each day it opens a new account for you.
    Each night it burns the records of the day.
If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours.
There is no going back. There is no drawing against the tomorrow.
You must live in the present on today's deposits.
    Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success!
    The clock is running. Only you can make the most of today!

    To realize the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade.
    To realize the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.
    To realize the value of ONE WEEK, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.
    To realize the value of ONE HOUR, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.
    To realize the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who missed the bus.
    To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask a person who just avoided an accident.
    To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal
         in the Olympics.... (silver is second place; the goal is the gold!)

    Should you treasure every moment that you have?
    YES! Treasure it more because you shared it with someone special,
    special enough to spend your time.

   And remember, time waits for no one.
   Yesterday is history.
   Tomorrow is a mystery.
   Today is a gift of God.
   That's why it's called the present.

                               THE TIMES

   "TIME for Everything"
    Ecclesiastes 3 (AMP)

    3:1 There is a season (a time appointed) for everything and
        a time for every delight and event or purpose under heaven—

    2 A time to be born and a time to die;
       A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted.

    3 A time to kill and a time to heal;
       A time to tear down and a time to build up.

    4 A time to weep and a time to laugh;
       A time to mourn and a time to dance.

    5 A time to throw away stones and a time to gather stones;
       A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing.

    6 A time to search and a time to give up as lost;
       A time to keep and a time to throw away.

    7 A time to tear apart and a time to sew together;
       A time to keep silent and a time to speak.

    8 A time to love and a time to hate;
       A time for war and a time for peace.

    • we have been born again to an ever-living hope
    • inheritance which is beyond the reach of change and decay [imperishable]
      unsullied and unfading, reserved in heaven for you.
    • inherit that final] salvation that is ready to be revealed [for you] in the last time.
    • services they were rendering were not meant for themselves and their period of time.
    • the time of your temporary residence [on the earth, whether long or short].
    • in these last days (at the end of the times) for the sake of you..
        [Note: 1 Peter 1:1 Literally is writing, to the elect, Christian Jews, sojourners
        of the dispersion of Pontus. The persons for whom the Letter is destined are
        very clearly specified in the passage. In John 7:35 we have “the dispersion
        of the Greeks,” where it clearly means “those of the dispersed Jews who live
        among the Greeks,” so here “the dispersion of Pontus,” or “the Pontine dispersion,”
        refers to “those of, the dispersed Jews who live in Pontus.” .
        To these dispersed Christians, Peter was writing of the coming of the "last days,"
        which were the fulfillment of the Lord's declarations that manifest as the days
        the siege and destruction of Jerusalem by the Roman army beginning in 66 AD
        ending in 70 AD...   the "end of times" refers to the great tribulation and the end
        of the earthly temple priesthood worship whereby animals were sacrificed daily
        and the blood sprinkled as a substitute for atonement to cover the sins of

    1 Peter 1:1-21 AMP
    1:1 PETER, AN apostle (a special messenger) of Jesus Christ, [writing]
       to the elect exiles of the dispersion scattered (sowed) abroad in Pontus, Galatia,
       Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
    2 Who were chosen and foreknown by God the Father and consecrated
       (sanctified, made holy) by the Spirit to be obedient to Jesus Christ (the Messiah)
       and to be sprinkled with [His] blood: May grace (spiritual blessing) and peace
       be given you in increasing abundance [that spiritual peace to be realized in and
       through Christ, freedom from fears, agitating passions, and moral conflicts].
    3 Praised (honored, blessed) be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ
       (the Messiah)! By His boundless mercy we have been born again to an ever-living
       hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
    4 [Born anew] into an inheritance which is beyond the reach of change and decay
   [imperishable], unsullied and unfading, reserved in heaven for you,
    5 Who are being guarded (garrisoned) by God's power through [your] faith
       [till you fully inherit that final] salvation that is ready to be revealed [for you]
       in the last time.
6 [You should] be exceedingly glad on this account, though now for a little while
       you may be distressed by trials and suffer temptations,
    7 So that [the genuineness] of your faith may be tested, [your faith]
       which is infinitely more precious than the perishable gold which is tested and purified
       by fire. [This proving of your faith is intended] to redound to [your] praise and glory
       and honor when Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed one) is revealed.
    8 Without having seen Him, you love Him; though you do not [even] now see Him,
       you believe in Him and exult and thrill with inexpressible and glorious
       (triumphant, heavenly) joy.
    9 [At the same time] you receive the result (outcome, consummation) of your faith,
       the salvation of your souls.
10 The prophets, who prophesied of the grace (divine blessing) which was intended
       for you, searched and inquired earnestly about this salvation.
11 They sought [to find out] to whom or when this was to come which the Spirit of Christ
       working within them was indicating when He predicted the sufferings of Christ
       and the glories that should follow [them].
12 It was then disclosed to them that the services they were rendering were not meant
       for themselves and their period of time, but for you. [It is these very] things which
       have now already been made known plainly to you by those who preached the
       good news (the Gospel) to you by the [same] Holy Spirit sent from heaven.
       Into these things [the very] angels long to look!
13 So brace up your minds; be sober (circumspect, morally alert); set your hope
       wholly and unchangeably on the grace (divine favor) that is coming to you
       when Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is revealed.

       [Note: Jesus Christ is manifest by the Spirit...the Revelation was given to the Beloved,
       John who revealed Him in all His glory to those of his generation.
       Jesus declares His revealing in the meeting on Mount of Olives and that the disciples
       would see Him in His fullness of His glory(His judgement of apostate Israel) coming
       on the clouds of the Roman Army. The judgment is in the "Desolation of Abomination
   in AD 70 when the Temple and Jerusalem were destroyed. For a deeper study of

       End of Time does Not refer to a future date into the years of the 21st century!]

14 [Live] as children of obedience [to God]; do not conform yourselves to the evil desires
       [that governed you] in your former ignorance [when you did not know the requirements
      of the Gospel].
15 But as the one Who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct
       and manner of living.
16 For it is written, You shall be holy, for I am holy. [Lev 11:44,45.]
17 And if you call upon Him as [your] Father Who judges each one impartially according
       to what he does, [then] you should conduct yourselves with true reverence throughout
       the time of your temporary residence [on the earth, whether long or short].
18 You must know (recognize) that you were redeemed (ransomed) from the useless
       (fruitless) way of living inherited by tradition from [your] forefathers, not with corruptible
       things [such as] silver and gold,
19 But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah),
       like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.
20 It is true that He was chosen and foreordained (destined and foreknown for it)
       before the foundation of the world, but He was brought out to public view
       (made manifest) in these last days (at the end of the times) for the sake of you.
21 Through Him you believe in (adhere to, rely on) God, Who raised Him up
       from the dead and gave Him honor and glory, so that your faith and hope
       are [centered and rest] in God..

      "Time" is a Blessing of the Lord.
       His Precepts endure across the expanse of time!

       Isaiah 55:11 (AMP)
       So will My word be which goes out of My mouth;
       It will not return to Me void (useless, without result),
       Without accomplishing what I desire,
       And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.
